A company that wants to make money? Shocking, truly a modern day aberration.

PS3 uses an implementation of OGL, so stop blaming OGL's downfall on the rise of console games, especially when the top player (up to now, at least) happens to use OGL.

Digital AV signal on a broadband line, split (and independant) from your normal internet line. Lots of channels, high picture quality, features like picture in picture, movie/show downloading, program scheduling, etc.

It's genius. If it's a movie with a high demand, you get it off the main servers and from the p2p mesh. If it's a movie with low demand (say, Batman begins), then nobody is downloading it and you don't have to compete for bandwidth as much.

The main problem would be setting up the servers to handle what items are in demand and which aren't.

The sensor bar is little more than 2 IR signals that the remote uses to calculate it's position. It actually doesn't sense anything, despite it's name.

If anyone has problems with NWN2's performance, disable "shadowing on vegetation" or whatever it's called. It's the same stupid issue I had with Oblivion, 15 fps with that enabled, > 30 disabled.

For me the series started going bad with High Stakes. The classic sensless yet awesome scenery changed for more realistic settings, and the driving model changed for the worse.

God damn it! There are allready some 6 games coming out before the year ends that I really want, and now this. I just don't have the money for them all. And by the time I do, another few games that I also want will have rolled out, gah!

Me sad.

Probably the same way FASA turned MechWarrior from an RPG to a sim/action game.

And just to remain consistent, I played the BattleTech rpg on my own C64.

Zeph, shut the fuck up allready. You are most certainly not the target audience for this game. Your complaints are as stupid as those of a Rogue Squadron fan bitching about and IL2 game not having lasers or heat seeking missiles, and demanding a lesser price because of it.

Ubisoft franchised Far Cry, Crytek had nothing to do with the console ports.
