| It only works for some games at the moment, and not all Valve titles are covered. Portal 2 was fine but L4D1 and L4D2 didn't offer a choice of location, and I've heard TF2 doesn't either. |

| I believe Apple II disks use GCR rather than the normal MFM (or older FM) encoding used by IBM-compatible disks, so the PC floppy controller can't read them at all. It's the same reason you can't read/write Amiga disks. You can get add-on cards/boards to do it but it'd probably be easier to access on the original hardware. |

So does Nations Forever include whatever tracks and other content are in the previous Nations game or not? I'm wondering the same thing... Will existing Nations servers I join need to be upgraded to Nations Forever before they're visible to both? Hopefully tracks are compatible so it's an easy move, as losing existing user-created content would probably stop a lot of people making the switch.

Don't get your hopes up, I thought it was a big let down. Graphically it's quite pretty, but not much of an improvement on RD2. Also, it looks nothing like all the touched-up screenshots they've been posting for months (as we suspected).
It's a fun enough arcade racer, but they're having a laugh if they try calling it a sim. LFS, rFactor, GTR, etc. are all heaps more satisfying. If you're a sim fan, I wouldn't even bother downloading it.
