I completely disagree with you Blue about your motivations for censoring me. It is pretty clear to anyone who has spent time on this website that far worse is said on a regular basis by other people in almost every single thread, lol.
Blue you censored because you are Catholic and you took personal offense. Non-religious people are only between 10-20 percent of the population yet somehow you people always think you are the victims. Get over it.
If indeed people complained about the very minor thing I said then you people need to get thicker skins. You better get off the internet if you can't stand anyone have a different opinion. |

Prez wrote on May 18, 2010, 20:43: you were acting like a total ass...extremely douche-y ... being a dick Sigh. Once again you prove my point. Your single post "broke" the personal insult rule 3x more than my post did. The only difference is that my post was referencing an imaginary friend in the sky and Blue took offense.
He abused his power and censored a fairly innocent post for religious reasons. |

Prez wrote on May 18, 2010, 19:06: He censored you because you were acting like a total ass. FYI. Apparently you haven't paid much attention to a lot of posts on this website. The venom that has been posted about Derek Smart would deserve censoring a lot sooner than what I said. Heck, you calling me "a total ass" is a lot worse than what I posted.
I find it funny that Christians are so quick to censor. Is your faith so weak that you need censor and make personal insults by calling someone a "total ass"? All I said is that I laugh at anyone who believes in imaginary people in the sky.
If someone was sitting next to you on the bus talking to an imaginary friend would you think it was strange? Would you want your kid to sit next to them? |

Blue wrote on May 18, 2010, 15:00: After some consideration, I decided the post you are referencing is a personal attack and deleted it. Utterly ridiculous. I have seen far worse "personal attacks" on this website and you have not censored them. How many personal attacks have been aimed at Derek Smart alone that have been VERY personal, VERY vulgar, and VERY insulting?
Creston was the one who introduced religion in the conversation where it had no purpose. Religious people are always forcing their beliefs upon us. All I said was that I laugh at people with imaginary friends. I did not insult him personally.
I take it Blue that you are very religious then and that is why you censored?

The NYTimes review of Red Dead Redemption smacks of being written by the PR department.
I am sure the game is good but that review was nothing more than a hand job. |

Companies need to make software that works on older machines too. Sure it is great to have all the stunning graphics but good gameplay is more important. Why on earth can't they make games that are more scalable?
Each year the minimum requirements get steeper and steeper and completely ignore customers with older machines. The PC market really aims at people with machines that are 2 - 3 years old at best.
Why does WoW make so much money? Modest machines run it. |

| EA leads the industry in shutting down game servers for games that are only a few years old. "Maximum profit and screw the customers" is EA's motto. |

Software companies don't want you playing their old games. They want you forking out money on their newest game.
Looking at those screenshots all I can say is "turn down the bloom!". |

| SimHQ must be (slightly) in the pocket of UBI. Either they don't want to damage their relationship with them or they outright are getting advertising money from UBI. The reason I say this is everything about the review is critical of the game other than it has nice graphics. The final conclusion is that the game is very good despite all the massive flaws it mentions earlier on. |
