Excessive anything can affect a relationship, not just video games.

I think they're confusing 'feasible' with 'possible'. Too bad no one asked if it would be practical...

Parents can control what their children watch on TV and the video games they play by actively participating in the lives of their children. The problem comes from many parents who are not willing to make that kind of effort.

Yee's bastard stepchild of legislation does nothing to empower parents and everything to impose governmental control over the content and sale of video games in the marketplace. It is one tiny step away from deciding what is appropriate for children to what is appropriate for everyone.

The rate of health regeneration could be tied to the difficulty level being played. The level of regeneration would be high on the Easy setting and none for the most difficult setting. It could also be designed to be set completely independently of the overall game difficulty. In any case, I do not feel health regeneration is 'killing' gaming.

If you still own EA stock now would be a good time to sell it, before it becomes completely worthless.

It's not an investigation, it's a tabloid piece looking to cash in on the hype surrounding video games and violence, all of which has been soundly debunked on numerous occasions.

Why is it that game publishers are offering extra content, etc. for pre-orders? It's like they've turned into used car salesman, trying to sweeten the deal on a piece of shit.

There are several places (Best Buy, GameStop, EA Store) offering the Signature Edition for the regular edition price of $59.99 (PS3, 360) or $49.99 (PC) if you pre-order now.

Physical video? As in hardware for PCs?

As in game in a box on a physical disc.

The second range of dollar amounts sounds like something an intern pulled out of his ass.

Not holding my breath, but I'd love to see all of them rereleased.

While free is great, this would also be a great time for EA to test the waters of GOG and see what sales of other classic games might be. HINT HINT...
I seriously doubt EA will let anything go for free, but the GOG idea is right up their alley. Why? Because they can charge people money for something that costs EA next to nothing.

EA needs cash and they clearly aren't making money selling their own games, so they might as well cash in their stake in a company that is making money selling games.

As for Ubi's DRM, wait until your internet connection is gone and then try to play Assassin's Creed 2.
