| Incredible vitriol or are you guys just messing about? If Carmack made it to London to sign stuff at midnight I'd be well impressed, but you know, he only lives down the road in Texas and he's got stuff to do tomorrow. Like make a patch for post release Rage. This can't we worse than Quake 4, but I have no expectations at all. It's going to be fun! You know that thing? |

It's really really simple for why I'm annoyed with this. I'm 38. I have a kid. I pre ordered the game to get access to the demo, and booked that time in with the missus so I could be a kid myself for a few hours. If you take my money, and promise to deliver, you better had, or you just wasted my time. That's A1 crappy business practice.
And they havent even had the decency to email people, or put out a press release to gaming sites to inform people ahead of schedule they were going to be late. Totally disgusted, my time is precious thanks. Give me my money back and how about paying me £100 an hour for the inconvenience. Seems fair.

Played through the original with my 11 yr old kid recently, was great fun. Very simple gameplay, but its funny how the next most powerful sword\spell\armor can keep a mind less than adult intrigued for so long.
Played this demo of number 2, nice try guys, but it just doesnt work. Lost the solid feel, made the interface 100% more annoying and feels like a badly ported console game. Nice foliage though
