your telling me not 1..but 15 developers have sales/releases that exceed the entire final fantasy franchise, as well as its spin offs and offshoots?
Ditto with blizzard. Blizzard has the largest American mmo by far, plus one of the most popular PC rpg games diablo2, plus 2 of the best stratagy games ever WC2/3 and starcraft, one of which is still played a decade after its release all over the world.
This list is so full of fail.

I seem to recall it. There was a starship troopers CG tv series that was actually pretty darn good. It suffered abit because of the cg made for mass production look, but alot of the mechanical objects (ships, vehicals) were animated quite well, and the story line was really interesting. I should go see if theres a torrent of the entire series somewhere. ^^

the cost thing still sucks..but the article lost me when it started claiming dvd could be near HD. Honestly if you have SEEN HD, you wouldn't be making such a claim. dvd is a blury mess compared to just 720p HD.

where do these numbers for flash games and their cash flow come from? I dont see any flash games being sold.. I have no interest in paying for them. They cant do FPS.. or any real 3d graphics really. They don't handel user side files very well for save data.
and gas powered games hasn't exactly made any #1 hit games. DS was entertaining.. but it was no barn burner.

keyboards will never be replaced, because talking requires more energy then typing. It is also alot less noiser to type. office environments? how many times are you talking on the phone and typing at the same time? Libraries? no talking what so ever.

tying the cpu and gpu together is a bad idea. both chips are allready at their size limits, and not being able to upgrade one without upgrading the other is bad. However we prolly will need to get the gpu as close to the cpu as possible in the future, perhaps right next to the cpu. Heck in such a setup, texture memory could be a thing of the past. with the gpu running at cpu and/or memory speed, textures can be fed directly from memory into the buffer.

the confusion from the 1g imac is hilarious, infact reading the whole thing, the police were idiots to begin with. However the author is equally an idiot for knowingly leaving an open wireless connection. While the old 802.11b encryption can be broken quite easily, %99 of users looking for a wifi to do illegal activity will just look for the next open access point.

dreamscene is a tool that plays movies in place of your wallpaper. this mod dosn't even require crysis let alone a pc that can run it, just a pc capable of playing the high resolution movie.

GT really pissed me off with there awards and kicking crysis in the nuts for no good reason.. but GT's fanbase sucks even worse. They gave a well thought out multi paragraph reply on there justifications and the best they all could come up with "lol u suk"

They should never have revisited the joker... I'm sorry but no one can top jack's original batman character. His performance, his look, his style was perfect.
Not only did they not achieve that here, this joker looks completely screwed up. He looks like a clown reject. His lines suck.. he doesn't imply scary at all..only that hes likes to kill people..sounds like your average murderer to me.
Also..no redisign of the batmobile...bad move. The large SUV may have past for a first generation.. but this is second generation now. The bike was a nice start, but I think most people wanna see us getting closer to the original bad ass batmobile design.
