Blue dude,
With dead car batteries come shorts in the electrical system. Mostly in the battery itself as a result of other shorts.
Opinion: replace battery, alternator, battery cables and make sure you have new battery cable connectors. Then be done with it.
I know it sounds like throwing money at it and hope it works...but that is what I usually do with older cars. How old is you car BTW? |

The only good lock is a series of stripped head screws through the door into the door jamb... of course you wont get back in...or out.
You can compare it to C2 computer security compliance (unplug the network cable).... |
