What a coincidence! The other day as I was so excited because my in-laws had finally vacated the premises, that in the middle of a mad dash through the house I absolutely smashed my small toe into a corner of the wall that juts out. The same exact thoughts rushed through my head, there was no doubt that I had broken my pinky toe. As usual though I waited till the next morning and luckily woke up with considerably less pain than the night before.
It really is a horrific pain! We should go to meetings at STA (Smashed Toes Anonymous), in an attempt to help deal with the pain lol.
Hows about it Blue?

Let's end this argument here. I think we are enamored with the image and sound of a fat beef burger sizzling on the grill, but the taste? Not so much.
Please, make no mistake, the best burgers come from a griddle, where the burger can do both things required for a great burger:
A: Cooks in its own juices, on the grill all that liquid falls between grates.
B: Gets a nice brown crispy thin crust (for flavor & texture) that helps keep the juices sealed with a nice sear that can only be achieved with a commercial style(gas) griddle.
And yes, would you kindly season your burger! Kick it up a notch? Add rub to season the burger with a bit of worcestershire. |

There are so many inaccuracies, rants, bullshit and fear mongering in this thread that I just had to reply. Everyone on the internet is an expert at everything.
PB bans the end of PC gaming? Origin hate and "another reason not to buy BF3?" Man just shut the f**k up. All of you assholes. |

the only people whining and complaning on this thread are the fools who cant get BF2 running on their pc.
as far as the shooting goes, spray, or single shot, this isnt CS! you have to have patience, this is the only FPS that takes skill to aim and hit the target.
this game is the best online FPS out there now without a doubt. Yes...it has its bugs, but they definately dont make the game unplayable. heres a bet, SHOW ME A GAME THAT IS WITHOUT BUGS...

But it isn't bees - it's invertabrates. I often catch him late at night dressed as a snail, a sea cucumber, or (the worst) a banana slug. I've scolded him for being so perverse, but it seems he just can't help himself.
Oh, and I'm sure those of you who have seen my posts about eating puppies or the fact that PETA is a group of nuts, or how Blue going on and on about his dogs makes me ill, will find it stange I myself have a dog. His name is Bernie and he's some kind of filthy hairy terrier. But rest assured, I really really hate him.

wow thats very weird, in the beginning i experienced this a lil bit, but i havent been on a ranked server that doesnt allow u to play with the weapons you have unlocked....this is a dumb question, but have you unlocked any weapons yet?
just curious
I don't know where everybody has been playing, but on the Ranked Servers that I play on the "Weapon Unlocks" are NEVER enabled.

Every single game with stats or character building (ex. World of Warcraft, Everquest) has problems, something so huge with so many people - is bound to have problems and a few bastards tryin to cheat the system, theyre selling virtual items for cold hard cash on ebay for gods sake!
oh, and one more thing, imagine, if you could unlock a weapon, and the weapon had even a bit more of an advantage over other normal weapons...what do you think is the result for someone who just purchased the game playing on a server full of veterans and pros? think about it.

it seems like the stats/ranking system has been plagued with problems. I will admit right now that I don't have BF2 (and no plans on getting it) but from what I've read here and other places on the web, they are spending more time fixing/babysitting the ranking system than they are actually fixing the game itself. not to mention all the complaints I've read about griefing in order to accumulate points, and the large amount of time it apparently takes to unlock weapons.
it seems to me like it just isn't worth all the time they are spending babysitting this system.

first of all, EA only distributes the game. second DICE Sweden (of BF1942) made BF2, they have a team who handles servers (IT department), they have a team who handles patches (programmers, play testers), then they have a totally different office- Dice Canada working on smaller projects (bf1942 expansion packs and BF Vietnam). so this problem wont be taking up any resources because the IT sever guys wouldnt go and try to make an expansion or patch the game up now would they?

Why do people consistantly think on these boards development teams only work on one thing at a time?
You don't think they're stretching their resources at all? They're always looking for ranked server exploits, they're supposedly working on a patch, they're working on an expansion of course, and probably more that we don't know about. EA is a big company but they lack focus. Or rather, they do have focus, but never in the right area.

yea man, my mouth waters when I see a chopper full of noobs cappin flags all over the map, I simply spawn as AT and blast em outta the sky- 5 kills! yeeee! lol.
as for the AT not destroying a tank in 1 hit, give me a break man, what would be the point of gettin in a tank if it could be destroyed with 1 missile?
a tank has to deal with quick spec ops attachin a c4 to it, AT guys, the stationary TOW missile (1 hit kill), LAVs, choppers, and AT mines...and just in case you assumed, no i dont really get into tanks, id rather shoot ppl and revive.
p.s.
the tanks have to be removed from strike at karkand!

i agree! no map even comes close to strike at karkand, and EA knows this, in a recent interview the person interviewing asked if they were plannin on more urban maps, since those maps are being played alot more. ALOT than those shitty ass "battlefield vietnam"-type maps.

you need teamwork to destroy a tank. imagine a tank walkin into an enemy flag to capture and theres 3 anti tank guys, the tank wouldnt last a second, i agree with the power of the AT class because if made any stronger than tanks and armored vehicles would be worthless.
BTW- AT is supposed to be weak againsnt choppers, this is why its called- AT: ANTI TANK!

i was tired about all the bulshit with everyone using the videogame industry as the source for all the worlds problems. i know we vote the members of congress in but my point is basically that everyone nowadays take everything so seriously and we have become such a stuck up prude society. what ever happened to having fun!?
