I'm hoping for improved single player stability as well as I haven't owned a game in recent memory that crashes as often as this one does. When it isn't crashing though I'm thoroughly enjoying it.

I'm liking the game quite a bit. The only downside I see to it are tech related like the occasional random crash and on my rig it seems to stutter a bit everytime the environmental music initialy loads.
To say that this game was unecessary is to say the same thing about any other genre. Don't cry 'cause it is very similar to Diablo. It's no different than bitching about another 1st person shooter or another RTS. Sometimes it doesn't matter if it is the same, as long as the developer added some fun into it. This game IS fun. I'm having a better time with it than I did with Dungeon Seige 2.

I had every intention of buying the upcoming Heroes of Might and Magic 5 since I'm a huge fan of the series. After all the controversy surrounding this Starforce copy protection being used by UBI Soft, and how it has the potential to harm hardware, they will be losing out on my $50. Nice going asses. Way to give your legitimate customers the shaft.

I lost interest as well. Not a bad game per se, but with how you were actually limited in what could be achieved in the films you made I was let down a little. I bought it assuming you had more control with your scenes than turned out to be the case. Depending on future expansions I might pick it up again.

The demo wasn't all that impressive. Graphics were weak, and the weapons didn't have "oomph". I didn't understand how some zombies took many headshots to put down. Romero films all it took was 1 headshot. I know ya need a challenge, but at least try to stick to the film lore. Anyway, for a budget title it isn't complete garbage.

Ray, have you tried the co-op multiplayer yet? It kicks all kinds of ass....and the later parts of the game are HUGE! The game just gets better and better as the levels progress.

I installed the patch. I'm about 5 levels into the game and I'm having fun. I agree that the weapons don't have the "oomph" that they should, but they work just the same. Try installing the patch. I did so before firing it up the first time and I had no synch problems or any other noticable bugs. Only thing I dislike is the invisible walls that seem to be in places that it looks like you can go.
