At the beginning of the war, Stalin was in charge strategically which led to early defeats and a great loss of life. At some point he decided to back off and let his generals execute the war.

Nice stupid replies on that forum to the $10 more complaint.
Guess what.. if it raised the price on Steam by $10 it is not "Free" or a "gift" and it doesn't matter how great the game is. New users just have less reason to try the game.
It is a great game though 
Reminds me of whiplash.

Ok, but Steam is selling "TrackMania United".
It says "TrackMania United" but it updates to "TrackMania United Forever" when you run it. I just bought it an hour ago and it is now automatically patching. It says "TrackMania United Forever" in "My Games".
Steam is also supposed to get the free version "TrackMania Nations Forever" at some point.

This was on the forums..
Found a soulution for Steamusers:
- open this file with texeditor: Programms/steam/steamapps/common/TrackmaniaUnited/Nadeo.ini
- change the versionnuber to 0.2.0.9
- install now the Update
- at first start TMUF is asking for the gamekey... you will find the key in the Nadeo.ini file

There was no honor points, no honor kills, no rewards, no loot... just pure PVP for no other reason. Lake Wintergrasp will finally bring outdoor PVP back.
On my server if there is no reason for Horde to go there no one will show up. Horde is outnumbered 3 to 1. Halaa is Alliance controlled most of the time. Times where I've seen Horde try to put up a fight in outdoor PvP they just get overwhelmed by Alliance numbers. If they can address that problem it might be fun.

??? What are you talking about? There was a GRAW 2 for the PC released.
He's talking about Ghost Recon 2. GRAW 2 and Ghost Recon 2 are different. Ghost Recon 2 was originally supposed to come out on PC and consoles but only came out on consoles. Ghost Recon PC fans were pretty ticked off.
IMO the first Ghost Recon is the best in the series. The others are just mediocre action shooters.

I was let down by NWN2 also. The interface was very hard to get used to. The game felt very linear in quests and areas. I couldn't get into the story. NWN had it's issues but I've gotten much more play time out of that game.

I dusted this game off and re-installed it. I never finished it the first time. It's really too bad Troika went away, because this is a really good game. Playing as a Malkavian is very fun. It's also refreshing to break from the Elves and Gnomes scene. I think this world could be explored more in a sequel.

While I agree with you, to me, that sounds like a gameplay issue. The moment you have to farm for that epic, I think the devs failed.
I agree.
Unfortunately devs seem to use grinding as an answer to players hitting endgame. If you're not farming for the epic, you're repeating instances, farming honor or arena points, or farming motes.
I just cancel my subscription and go do something else while I wait for the expansion.
