Duke Nukem Forever offers relatively short game play approximately 8-10 hours of singlepayer campaign play, multiplayer options include capture the flag and deathmatch over four maps, additional maps are planned for release in Q3 2009.
Cutting edge technology such 3DFX video cards, and graphics accelerators are supported. Adlib sound cards only, as the success of Creative Sound blaster is at question at this point.

So, in other words, you're woefully uninformed, but you felt it necessary to share your opinion with us anyways.
What I should have said was this was the only movie of Del Toto which liked. Pans Labyrinth, was decent enough on the special effects side but the plot was poor. Even though the little girl didn't complete the tasks set out for her she was still accepted in the end. Blade 2, also not great - but of course I didn't care for Blade 1 either.
Bodolza, I read your comments and immediately thought your criticizing me for offering my opinion of what I'd consider an inferior director to Peter Jackson and a fear of a reduced quality Hobbit shows considerable immaturity. The trolling on this site is out of hand.

I'm troubled by the choice of Del Toro. The only thing I've seen of his is Hellboy, which I feel is a really cool movie. But it is what it is, and what it's not is reflecting the brilliance shown in the Lord of the Rings trilogy. Honeslty I'm nervous that we're going to see what happened to Star Wars, the best SciFi trilogy reduced to crap.

I'm not following, DX10 support is uncertain - but it's best to consider this game a VISTA exclusive. This makes no sense, if it's DX9 then it should run on XP.
If it's a DX10 exclusive, way to limit your audience.

After loading the patch, after a final upgrade to a quad core water cooled dual 8800GTX beast - and a replay of the first half of the game I'm sorry to say, besides being pretty the game isn't very much fun. The enemy AI is a huge downfall with this title. Good luck PS3 owners - there is a lot to see, but it isn't that pretty inside.

Well as I have said before, if they took BF2's vehicle game with 2142's infantry combat and kits and made BF3 I'd be a very happy gamer.]
That would be a great combination. Hopefully they maintain the expanded kit selection from 2142, it was a nice change over Battlefield 2's limited upgrades.

Yeah, a small number still play this:
6,686 players when I just checked. I'd say that's a large following. Just because other games have a larger following you can't say that over 6 thousand players right now is a small following.

This game sucked ass big time.
Did it? Wow, I still enjoy playing from time to time, guess I'm wrong.
It's no problem to still find full servers for this game, a lot of people still play over a year after it's release.

Almost 12 years ago Duke Nukem 3D was a fun and different game compared what else was out there at the time.
Will we ever see this sequel? I don't know, but if 3DRealms had never announced they were working on it, no one would call it Vaporware. How many years did it take for Return to Castle Wolfenstein? How suprised were you when Half Life 2 was announced out of no where.
Duke Nukem deserves a sequel. Hopefully we'll see one.

Newwegg store = convenient.
I've given up on Newegg recently, after six years of spending thousands and thousands of dollars there, I've started having customer support issues with them, their prices although fairly competitive are still slightly higher then say ZipZoomFly, and they seem eager to stick you with a restocking fee on every return. Actually I've started checking damaged as my reason even when it wasn't to avoid the 15% fee.

I'm sorry to see them go, but how could they possibly survive with BestBuy and Circuit City. Sure the selection was limited, but if you were in a jam for a real computer part and you couldn't wait for delivery after buying online they were there. CompUSA had a better selection then the computer isle at Best Buy. I moved two months ago and my house has an occasional power issue, BestBuy only had cheap battery backups with low wattage, CompUSA had an 800w unit that I could bring home in a half hour and get up and running.
