RDR never came to the PC and its probably their best game yet. GTAV for the PC? Doubt it. Wrong, GTA4 came out on PC 8mths after the consoles

Or not. Pre-NGE / CU it was great, but it was just a train wreck thereafter. |

SWG and TOR will not co-exist, so TOR will release on the day SWG closes or sometime after |

Sad to see. Sad that a quite unique MMO was chopped and changed to be more like WoW and lost all of its original charm (Pre-CU / Pre-NGE). SWG was the 1st MMO I played, so it will always hold a nostalgic place in my heart, alot of my EQ playing friends praised the skill based system at the time but then it just turned into a cheap level based wow spinoff
Hopefully the Emu scene will keep this one alive after Sony axe it (back the way it used to be) |

Coming up next, fucking Steampoints.
Creston You seem to forget in non-US countries, our steam currencies are still based on the US dollar. Here in Australia, we can pump cash into the wallet when our dollar is strong and buy games later. |

yeh i agree....not sure how them putting in the character's feet really matters. If you are spending more time looking at your feet rather than straight ahead, you will have issues staying alive

If you mean the X06 movie (also known as Trailer 1)....that was all pre-rendered.
The best movie I've seen for it so far is the one that Ken Levine does the voiceover for whilst playing. I think its over at Gamespot
Needless to say, this is one game I'll defiantely be picking up when it arrives

There will be a PC version of CoD4. How do I know ?
The fact that CoD4 will be developed by Infinity Ward (who were behind CoD1/CoD2)
CoD3 was developed by Treyarch who seem to develop exclusively for consoles. So the mere fact that development rights are being returned to I.W. implies by itself that we will get it on PC.
In what form...only time will tell. But if history repeats itself, it will be developed as a PC title first and ported to the consoles

Arguing about which MMO is better is quite pointless, at the end of the day you are paying $ for a computer game with no clear goals.
You want community ? Go to a freakin pub and drink it up with the locals

Yeh, can't believe there are some glaring omissions such as:
* A Star Wars Space Sim (X-Wing, Tie Fighter, X-Wing Vs Tie Figher or X Wing Alliance)
* Star Wars Episode I: Racer
* Dark Forces
* Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds

^^ Very true
Here in Australia I have found Might n Magic to be cheapest via Steam..works out to be around $10AU less than what I could find it in stores for, so quite happy to sacrifice having the boxed copy.
Having a steamed version of a game is quite handy as there's never the risk of losing the game disc / cdkey as its all associated with your Steam ID
Never had any technical issues with Steam and lovin it !

Why wouldn't it be ?
If Blizzard don't charge for the privilage of transferring between servers, then people will be constantly changing, which would be a server admin's nightmare.
Transferring a complete character (inc items, gear etc) is Time and Materials which are not covered under the monthly fee to play.
Name a MMORPG where ongoing character transfers are free of charge ?
