I only played it for a few moments but it ran extremely smooth on my x850 XT. Not sure why they used such low res textures on the models given how smoothly it runs? They need to change that!
Looks like a Neverwinter Nights type interface - not an active 3rd person control game like Messiah was. Somewhat disappointed by that - but the mood/atmosphere of the game looks great.

Looks alot like Messiah - 3rd person, very remote camera. Even the environment looks a bit like the bleak Messiah world.
Man I loved Messiah - except the final boss was beyond me. Anyway - I'll be trying this one tonight!

I hear that Friday's WWII announcement will be better than todays AND yesterdays. But Monday is a new day for a WWII announcement.
Tuesday we will have off.
Wedneday will see 2 new WWII announcements - partly to make up for Tuesday but mostly because kids love WWII.

Unfortunately 1.4 is NOT the patch that makes the game fun. I tried it. Immediately swarmed by spawned rats in Fargrove. Officially deleted from my HD. CYA

Yes I bought it LOL. Best Buy for $39 or something. Hey I got a few hours out of it - no cheaper and no worse than a bad dinner out right?
Honestly some of the combat was fun.
BTW, I'm now trying to get that "Conan" game by Cauldron that came out back in 04. Yes I played the demo and I actually liked it. You know it never got released in the US? I've gotta get it through a UK shop. Geesh.

Is this the patch that will.... can't even say it. I own this turd and I've played a few hours of it. I hope the patch is 1 gigabyte because that's roughly how much content is missing from the retail release.

This is really good news. I was getting worried we would only have 10 WWII shooters and 4 modern tactical shooters for 06. 15 is such a nice number afterall.
