News Comments > Call of Duty: Ghosts Matchmaking Workaround
24. Re: Call of Duty: Ghosts Matchmaking Workaround Nov 6, 2013, 13:05 Yosemite Sam

I've noticed a few of the 'die hard' COD players on my friends list are not playing ghosts, and speaking to a friend who has been a day one COD player he has no interest in this game. Might just be people are waiting to play on the next gen, might be CODs run is over... well you know, as in in decline, I'm sure they will still sell a lot.

Definitely will not buy this for the current gen console. Probably at least a year or more away from buying a next gen console. So hopefully by then I'll be able to get it for the PC, because I do prefer to FPS on a PC, but I'll FPS on the next gen console if that's my only option.

So you put me on ignore because you wish to remain ignorant?

Haha, name me a South American country that respects human rights.

That is an ignorant statement, by any way you wish to define it.

You are gay.

That is a pop cultural reference, answering the very question you asked.

still waiting for you to name ONE.

You are gay, Uruguay ... Uruguay ... get it? Now you could call me a smart ass, that would be a valid point... but buddy you own ignorant, and wear it like a crown ... which is why I was being a smart ass

PS4 will not play MP3s, will not support connecting external storage such as flash drives, and will not stream media from other devices like your PC.

Hate to do it, but I think I might be switching to Xbone. I don't like having a lot of devices hooked to my TV and a lot of remotes floating around, so I need one box that can do it all.

Unfortunately that's the Xbone. Fuck.

I would have been pissed about the media stream, it's one reason I bought the PS3, but I switched to Popcorn a few years back. PS3 had too many issues with different containers and codecs. Not playing MP3s kinda sucks though, what about games that allow you to stream your own music, I liked that feature.

I don't know, I think I'm kinda done with the CoD formula that was way better done in older games like Counter-Strike anyway. I agree that Destiny looks more promising in at least it's trying new things.

Yeah, it's kind of like Borderlands meets WoW. But the gun play doesn't seem to have any physics, the aliens seem generic.

I dunno, this gameplay video just seemed boring to me. Maybe it plays better than it watches.

Edit: for example, despite my preference for sci fi over real life, I found The Division gameplay and story more compelling than Destiny.

More like Borderlands meets Halo meets Resistance meets Mass Effect meets Fallout. Not sure what you mean about 'generic' aliens, which ones the Vex? Hive? Fallen? Cabal? or player races Exo? Awoken? What exactly was generic about that battle where multiple coop teams joined together in a huge human vs AI battle with drop ships dumping aliens and huge boss like machines... because I've never seen anything like it before and I've been around since pong.

A massive open world, um worlds, characters you can upgrade and lvl up. Personal spaceships you can use to travel all over the solar system to battle on Venus, Mars, Europa and the Moon... they have even hinted at having space battles too. All built around a coop system where you can join up with friends to battle against multiple alien races on multiple planets and moons and even join up with other groups of coop players in massive battles. I've knocked Halo, but that wasn't due to the way it played, Bungie nailed that aspect, it was their level design I couldn't take and they seem to have improved that aspect drastically in this game. This game is at the top of my most anticipated list.

I'm looking forward to The Division and Watch Dogs too but how are they not just another 'generic' take on the genre GTA started.

Guess I'm the only one who was underwhelmed by Titanfall, didn't really impress me at all, COD with mechs.

Destiny is the one that really has my attention.

Heh idiots, this is what happens when suits decided what kind of video game to make. I cant imagine any person who actually plays games, especially C&C games, said I want C&C to go online with a pay to win model. Some suit who was drooling over numbers from some other company made that decision. Another generals, built around a single player campaign, with the ability to do multiplayer... as someone who actually plays video games... that would interest me.

Word of advice, do not do anything with chop, it's impossible to keep him fed and watered with the amount of credits you get. Just let the credits pile up for a few days then buy all his tricks and a collar at once. Then all you need to do is feed, water and walk him just before you want to play the game.

"The White House cut off some monitoring programs after learning of them, including the one tracking Ms. Merkel and some other world leaders, a senior US official said,"

So the NSA is above the President and picks and chooses what info they share? Surprised they aren't just shutdown when things like this happen. But lets stay worried about a buggy website.

I like how they stat they cut off tracking for world leaders but have no problem continuing to spy on their own people that vote them into office. They are just Joe's until that point, then all knowing Oz.

I guess you could take them at their word... of course it seems far more logical that this is just them trying to cover the Presidents ass after shit Snowden hit the fan. I don't believe for a second the President didn't know what was happening, his record thus far on the subject would indicate he knew exactly what was being done and to whom... on this subject, unfortunately, the DNC and GOP are on the same page.

'Xbox Hang Up' LOL

I will say that I'm interested in the game recording/sharing, as I'm not going to invest in a capture card/software, but would love to show off how to steal the c130 from GTA 5.

Would have been nice to record the record fail the crew... ok, I, did on one of the missions the other day. Got out of my car so another crew member could use it to take our mission NPC to his destination. An unfortunate decision on where I parked it, and bad timing, resulted in the NPC walking up to the car just as a train showed up. Funny as hell as we all clued into what was about to happen but could do nothing but watch as the train destroyed my car and killed the NPC.

Finally got someone to steal my Elegy... my ignition bomb wired Elegy. Enjoyed that so much I wired up another car and got someone to take that bait too. Be aware of a nice ride parked at LS Customs, might be an easy 8 grand or might be a bait car

Good to hear Hudson is doing well, not sure what her dietary needs are, but some fatty ground beef (regular ground beef) mixed with her food might do the trick... assuming shes allowed to eat that.

EDIT Been a long time but I vaguely remember feeding my dog a mix of regular ground beef, rice and pumpkin.

Puppy chow generally tends to be very high in fat so if you have a lightweight dog whom is active and has a high metabolism, it's a great way to keep their weight within healthy comfortability.

Puppy Chow is garbage, dog probably do better eating its own feces. Anything you can buy in a grocery store chain is crap, all of it.

Nice to see it will come with a bunch of new jobs, hope it hits early November... like Nov 1st Looks like the content creator has been pushed back, now its just 'fall' release... and they were very vague on hiests, doesnt look good for that feature coming anytime soon.

Hi everyone,
Just to clarify for those who were asking about the adjustment made to mission replay payouts, please remember that we are continuing to regularly balance the dynamic in-game economy and whenever we discover that there are unintended loopholes that some players are exploiting to grind cash or RP, you can expect that we will be adjusting or closing them. By the same token, there are also cases where we’re balancing the economy in the opposite direction such as recently reduced penalties for dying. All of this is done to keep things as fair and as fun as possible - please remember that we are looking at not only player data in our ongoing tuning process decision-making but also at your direct input, so if you have any feedback about the in-game economy or any other aspects of the game, please direct it to GTAOnline@rockstargames.com as we are actively looking at all player feedback sent to that address. We thank you for your understanding and patience and please stay tuned this week for more information including timing of the first GTA$ Stimulus Package deposit and the forthcoming new content such as the Beach Bum Pack, Content Creator and Heists.

Gimmie, Gimmie and Gimmie... odd they say nothing regarding the stock market, or is that now just a single player thing.

She had a severe reaction to the antibiotic, and began throwing up and having diarrhea.

Just a reaction to medication, definitely did the right thing Blue. Glad to hear Hudson came through all right, especially at that age. That's one tough doggie.

Hence my reluctance to say anything... and I'm not really judging Blue in my comment, as I said only he has all the information. It's just that in my lifetime I've seen too many people put their pets through living hell and hold out until the bitter end simply because they can't let go.

If I've made some social faux pas I apologize, and Blue can delete my post. I will take no umbrage if you do so.
