103. MARRIAGE Nov 5, 2008, 14:10 sinew

in my professional opinion (im married) the state / federal government should have no say about marriage. there should be no involvement whatsoever. to me it seems akin to state sanctioned/supported religious dogma.

do i need a license to love and live the rest of my life with someone?

its a problem of semantics and from that perspective, its a 'marriage' of church and state.

bwahaha! i made a funny.

but really, fuck prop 8 (and all marriage related ballot items.)

i was running low on candy so i asked the last batch of em to please only take one so that everyone could get some. then i apologized.

then the oldest of them sullenly said, 'pssh. fine.' and the youngest grabbed two handfuls and ran back to his parents.

so i screamed out, 'hey you little fucking shit! i said only take one!'

the parents looked at the disobedient child and told him to give the candy back or they would chop off his hands and feet. the child remained defiant so i ran to the kitchen and grabbed a butcher knife only to find that his parents were backing over him in their pinto.

then the damned thing exploded and took out everybody. i put the butcher knife to good use and had plenty of BBQ to pass out to the next trick or treaters!

HAPPY HOLLOWEEN YOU BRATS! GET OFF MY LAWN!

I wonder if things would be much different if his name was "Derek Humble."

he'd probably have become a police officer.

@Brubold:

by that argument, 'RTS games blow' because there is not a lockable timescale when setting up a game and i would agree with you if you used a word other than 'blow.'

analogy:

Officer Fired After Tasering Teen for Fun at a Birthday Party

except, you know, that has to do with ACTUAL violence.

as Al Swearengen said time and time again, 'cocksuckers.'

i believe Blue's non-comment is suggesting the into the black segment should be the responsibility of the users.

it is time to rise up and destroy ourselves!

now, a link for the in to the black segment:

from ananova.com
http://www.ananova.com/news/story/sm_2743315.html?menu=news.quirkies.sexlife

Policewoman sacked over porn film

A Hungarian policewoman has been sacked after she was spotted in a hard-core porn movie.

Livia Kovacs, 36, from the Budapest police force was spotted in the Triple X rated movie by a colleague who then told superiors.

She has now been fired for bringing the force into disrepute and misuse of her police uniform.

In the movies, she plays a dominatrix cop who uses her police handcuffs and a truncheon during a wild sex session.

Kovacs said: "I don't care about being fired. Since news spread about my acting debut I have been flooded with offers from producers to do more films."

the acid is there for one reason: your guilt surrounding the lack of 'links of the day' for 'into the black.'

i guess we'll just have to start picking up the slack.

slacker.

it could be worse, EA could be trading oil futures. oh wait, 'they' are...

'people can fly... grasshopper...'

oh well, at least everything is impermanent.

how is it hypocritical? any of you can say whatever you want, i encourage it..

seems to contradict your previous statement:

nope the problem wont be solved until we can express ourselves freely without you jackanapes butting in with your slavering devotion

also,

nope the problem wont be solved until we can express ourselves freely without you jackanapes butting in with your slavering devotion

could be considered hypocritical in that 'until we can express ourselves freely' flies in the face (a facial/moneyshot if you will) of the remainder of the sentence: 'without you jackanapes butting in with your slavering devotion'

all that 'butting in' is part of the conversation. if theres any progress to be made, will it be through constant redress? that aside, the spore franchise can only achieve its full potential by somehow incorporating this chat thread in-game.

also, jackanapes is a bad word and should only be used by fellow jackanapes. you jackanape.

with much undying love,
your greatest fan

would the biological effects of what we would consider overexposure to radiation / fallout be different for lilliputians (of 'Gulliver's Travels?') taking into account that new periodic table from the links o' the day, i am baffled.

News Comments > Censored Fallout 3 Down Under?
24. absolutely no subject Aug 4, 2008, 01:08 sinew

Obama and Bush wiretapping censored austrailians has everything to do with the lack of a games ratings system and i'll tell you why:

mar-fucking-supials

freedom of thought is being held hostage in those pouches of theirs. it's why johnny can't dissent, he's afraid of suffocating.

can't we americans just start an 'adopt-an-austrailian' organization where we purchase uncensored games and ship them to our oppressed brethren? i dont have a name but i do have a slogan, 'fuck you, kangaroo!'

16. austrailian TV Aug 3, 2008, 18:47 sinew

has anyone seen the television series "the hollowmen?" it follows an austrailian government think tank in a style similar to that of the show "the office". 4 episodes have aired. i find it very entertaining and hope theres an upcoming episode about gaming censorship.

(its available on mininova... wink, wink, nudge, nudge)

Midnight updates are good but they raise the question, 'where are the 3am updates?'

perhaps your brother should spend less time raising that child of his and devote more of his life to things that really matter. you know, like helping you post gaming news.

sheesh, god created TV for a reason. never mind the children, they have Bill Nye and the Dog Whisperer to keep them company.

now, where'd my daughter go? 1 year old and already trying to take the dog for walks - mostly staying on the sidewalk. i swear, they grow up so fast. i mean, i think they do, im not really paying attention.

hey, where's my brunch-time game news update?

26. Re: No subject Jul 25, 2008, 23:23 sinew

Wouldn't Sylvia Saint been a more obvious choice?

what's obvious to one, ain't to another.

but i think a Sylvia Saint, Tera Patrick and Asia Carrera collaboration would truly be beneficial to the games industry as well as the public relations department of the games industry.
