| I recently quit this game. I played it since the US release on PC and had seven jobs at level 75. The storylines and cutscenes in this game are great.. it just takes so freakin' long to get anything done, though. It was a great game when I didn't have any real schedule, but now there's no time for it and WoW fits in better. |

| I just started playing WoW a few days after the new expansion was released. I've spent a lot of time on Everquest 2, and years on FFXI. FFXI is typically considered very difficult due to the amount of time it takes to make any money or even level up, and while it is definitely true, I have to say I'm really enjoying WoW. I'm not sure what it is, because the formula is the same as all the other MMO's I've played, but it just has some quality about the world it's in that I like. |

Trailers like this are so lame. They need to show the actual game and not what they want people to imagine is actually happening when playing the game. If I wanted to have to use my imagination, I'd be reading a book.
The original game was actually very good, it just got overlooked due to Warcraft 3 being released around the same time... but I don't have high hopes for the sequel. |

I really want to purchase Dead Space, but I'm not going to give a company money if they're going to treat a legitimate customer that way. I didn't buy Bioshock until it was $20 because of that. There's no way I'm dropping $50-60, especially in this economy, on a game rental.

I like Half-life.
I forced myself to play through Half-life 2. I didn't think it was too good.
I've been playing Bioshock off and on for a few months on my laptop when I leave for trips and I'm really enjoying it. I played the game when it first came out and I really didn't like it, but I only played up to the second level, and gave up. I've stuck with the game this time and it's a lot more fun once you start getting all your different plasmids and after you kill your first big daddy. I waited until the game was $19.99 to purchase it because of the DRM crap, and while I'm really looking forward to the sequel, I will do the same if it, too, has limited installations.

I don't think modding specifically means maphack. There are a lot of single player mods for Diablo II that add tons of different skill sets and character types. People were hoping they'd be able to have mods of this type for Diablo 3 so they could play them on a secure battle.net server, kind of like how you play mods for Quake 3 or Half-life 2 where they have a completely different kind of game but still use the anti-cheating features of the base software (ie, punkbuster and vac).
You can have a mod without having maphack.

Oh, and they're going to split it into 5 different games, with one game per character class.

Vista runs a lot better than people typically say. It feels faster than XP for me, as well, on the same hardware (q6600, 4gb ram). I don't plan to ever switch back to XP.
