I like how this press release is honest. It does peak my intrest with the promise of a thrilling story and sharp plot twists. Any game with a good story im willing to give a chance. Combine this with decent graphics throw in your familiar fps controls and playstyle and this could be something good.
The name however Ratthunter throws me off some and takes me back 5 years to my beginings in everquest.
Doesnt anyone like a good story anymore?

This was already given out last year when you pre-ordered EQ II, if it did see much success it would be a good way to jumpstart in the UK.

man this brought back memories. Its very fast the frame rate is smooth and its bright and colorful. Works great with my PS2 to usb controller

Guildwars needs more classes. FFXI has a new expansion on the horizon. Everquest has oow with its new dx9 engine that is clunky and buggy. ( cant run shadows with a 9800xt ! ) Eq2 will be out around november. Then we have WoW, IMHO the graphics are subpar by todays standards. They were nice 3 years ago.

Does this look kinda disney influenced to anyone else? looks kindom heart influenced with the art and stuff.
MMORPG's are cash machines, SOE knows this and so does square-enix. They will pump out as many as possible and hope for that one huge hit.
