Not sure what you are getting at, Bats. No report of any type of income by a company is an indication of what the shareholder will receive.

I actually liked both POE and TL2. Probably spent more time on TL2, but I think that was more an issue of my mood during that time than anything having to do with the game.

Yeah, top five films with no context is tough, here's five with minimal serious thought:

The Fountainhead
My Fair Lady
Ben-Hur
The Bridge Over the River Kwai
Lawrence of Arabia

*-*-*
There are many, more modern films which are excellent, some mentioned here, Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, The Matrix, The Shawshank Redemption, and on and on but it is really hard to match the old masterpieces. I suspect most everyone would agree 4 of my 5 are excellent. The Fountainhead being the red-headed step child. It doesn't have the great cinematography the others do, but the story connects with me powerfully.

Farina was a cop in Chicago for 18 years before entering the entertainment business. Sounds like a heck of a life. Did they ever explain in Law and Order why he seemed to have more money than he should as a cop?

I've been around as long as SWAT teams and I have yet to see one anywhere except on TV. They aren't as common as you might think after reading that article. Now, if you live in a inner city neighborhood where it's common to see gang members selling drugs on the street. Then, yeah, you may have witnessed a SWAT team entering a house.

Not to be a party pooper, I'm glad you had a good time. But you do realize there have been multiple experiments where they have shown even wine experts can't tell the difference be $25 and $250 wine, right?

I assume there are some very rare, truly expensive wines which might be distinctive, but for anyone who works for a living, not so much.

Ya know, I had noticed in the last couple of weeks that Microsoft stock (MSFT) was up 35% YTD. And I was really scratching my head wondering why.. apparently Citi voiced that today, MSFT down just over 11% today, at the moment... However, that's better than AMD which is down over 14% today currently.

Once the fourth largest city in the US.. it is somewhat stunning a major metro area could fall that far and pretty much so completely. Let's just hope it isn't a sign of things to come elsewhere...

Can you silence the Amber alerts but not the weather alerts? That's what I would do in that situation if possible. Considering the amount of time I am either in my house or at work and my general habit of truly ignoring random people, Amber alerts would be wasted on me, but weather...

Definitely would like to pull a Rumpelstillskin and wake up in a long time from now and look at what is thought historically of our time. A good 150 years or so, maybe more. Not to mention to see what happens with the upward tech curve...

I use ABP and if I search for "autorepair" at Google there are two sections presented as "results". The top section is clearly localized, are those simply "smart" results based on Google divining my zip code based on my IP? Or are those business who paid to get preferred results?

Normally, I wouldn't bother posting something like this here. But because it annoyed me so much, and it seems like maybe this wasn't intended to be public knowledge, I give you this:

If you a Chrome user looking to return to the more compact menu style, for now you can use this tag on your shortcut.

Or they didn't understand his sacarsm, "Uh, yeah sure, those are the pilots' names."
