Obviously if what he says is true he's not their biggest problem and they need to fix what is, but he's clearly a lost cause to them. He'll never buy into the company line. Companies are often too slow to get rid of people like this. Sports are a little better - look how improved the Giants were after getting rid of Tiki Barber (and, arguably Jeremy Shockey.) Talented guys that just sucked in the locker room and needed a new start.

This is exaclty why Jeff was terminated as of 9:00 this morning. PST
He was nothing more than a drama queen at home and on the job. Always arguing and fighting with his coworkers, half the time in a drug induced rage.
Now he had to just take it one step further and post this anonymous blog thinking that the powers that be would not find out about it. Too bad , so sad , Jeff.
