Wow, they are finally going to adjust the mob density outside of Act 3, after 10 months or whatever? Also, non class stats on class specific items... wow finally.

Still, I'm on to PoE and TL2 currently, I'll check back on D3 in a couple months perhaps.

I wouldnít call increasing mod density a good thing, more like a step backwards. Inferno mode is hard enough with the mobs as they are now. And increasing the density even more just makes me feel like they still donít get it.

Sounds like they're taking some cues from Path of Exile and Torchlight 2. Oh well, steps in the right direction at least. That guy sounds like he really does understand some of the design problems and mistakes made.

Changes for the good being made since the moron Jay Wilson left.

Things can only get better since heís not there stifling the game with his horrible ideas. The guy did not listen to his own people telling him that many of the design decisions were bad. But his ultra-ego Its my way or no way made him think he was god. And one of the reason heís no longer there, even though he says he left on his own. Yea, we buy that story.

BTW, what really pisses me off about these patches and their fixing set items and legendries is, they had better fix it so all of the current ones are fixed with the same attributes. That really pissed many off the last time they made a big change to these items. Everyone had to go out and re-farm them again and spend hours upon hours farming them or end up spending ungodly amounts of gold to get one item.

Maybe they will now consider selling DS3 on Steam? Idiots

Thatís in in a nut shell dude. I have not and will not buy any of their games as long as Origin is a prime evil.

Put it on Steam and let people make a choice. I would love to see the statistics on this if they did a comparison to how many buy it on Steam vs. Origin.

I think EA already knows the answer to this and thatís what their afraid of.

What I don't get is why people hate so much on Origin and praise Steam in the same breath. They're the same fucking thing.

Seriously dude, do you or have you used Origin? Itís an over inflated conglomerated piece of shit. Its slow, their friends list blows. EA put little to no thought into this client. Not to mention some of the back end bullshit EA has been accused of with their client monitoring and scanning peoples pcs for info.

Jesus PC elitists are douchebags.

No dude, you have that honor all to yourself. I think itís been stated many times why most people donít like Origin, but I guess you need a ton of bricks dropped on you to get the point through that thick head of yours.

Makes you wonder how much content they are rehashing to pump these games out so quickly.

I personally wish they would go back the the roots, back to the Crusaders era, I really loved that era, and it seemed more fitting for this type of game.

Okay, did I miss something about game workshop?
Why are they dickbags?

Personally Iím really looking forward to this game; I loved the original back in the day. And this having two players Coop is great.

They're trying to say they own the phrase "space marine" in just about every use (books, games, etc)...

Okay, I get that they are wanting to protect their IP. So why havenít they sued the crap out of blizzard yet? They practically stole a ton of thing straight from War Hammer. War Hammer has been around far longer than Blizzard was a company. Blizzard takes liberties all of the time in their games with other IPs. WOW had many of those too, especially the parts they stole from the Indian Jones lore.

Even many of the units have very simular features.

Tyranid = Zerglings
Orks = Orcs
Space Marines = Marines

There are more reference, but I wonít list them, you get the idea.

I hope they donít mess up the combat system. I really liked the way it was in Witcher 2. The first Witcher combat was a horrible mess with how you had to use the mouse.

Game looks great, but we will see.

I have to say even for a habitual gamer like me it's good going so far. So many alternatives, indie and kickstarters , good riddance EA I'm not going to miss you.

Pretty much this.

I haven't bought an EA game since Origin became a requirement.

Same here dude. I hate Origin, I will not support it. and Now EA is turning out to be a whore with the Micro transactions crap, I truly believe they would put their mother up for sale if given the chance.

Apple will give popular jailbreak tool the banhammer with next iOS update.

Why do they even care? Jailbreakers are such a small % of Apple users.

Exactly, this is why Apple is losing a major share of the market. They pulled this crap with the pc years ago and lost that battle too. Apple will never learn. This is the main reason I have never bought an apple product. I will not be locked out of it and forced to use it the way they deem fit.

Sounds like to me both developers were in a pissing contest about who was right. To toss out valuable assets made by the other developer and not use them is selfish pride and ridiculous.

The things that killers have in common with one another, it's curious that they are stuck on videogames being even partially the cause. I would like to dub this, "The Coulter Phenomenon" - people don't REALLY think these things, there are just plenty of people that will say them (true or not) to sell books, get on TV to promote their books, etc, to get rich. End of story.

Having said that, access to a gun in a moment of passion is not a good thing. Despite what the NRA would have you think, there are more girlfriend vs boyfriend, wife vs husband arguments daily than home invasions in a year; ie, guns are more likely to be used in a situation where they shouldn't be used than one where they should.

(that wasn't intended to be a factual statement, btw, to quote senator Jon Kyl. Just a common sense assumption to make a point.)

Cant argue with you on that point, but they will grab whatever they can in the heat of the moment. That includes sharp objects.

Yep,

Video games donít cause violence, only people that have no sense of whatís right or wrong do.

Just like blaming the gun for killing someone, the gun didnít pull the trigger its self, the person wielding it did. All of these mechanisms are just an outlet that people use as an excuse to blame rather than looking into the real issue.

The combat was fun for a while but a bit shallow for my taste. The puzzles and atmosphere however were great.

Iím baffled by your comment, isnít any game that sells for 14.99 a sale? Some of you cheap bastards really are cheap.

I want to know whatís going to happen to games that still use game spy as a service for playing games. Does this now mean that once their gone, so are those servers and any ability to now connecting or host games are also gone? Sounds like an EA tactic in the making here.
