According to Madeleine L'Engle, the fourth dimension is represented by the tesseract. Time is the fifth dimension.

I'm not sure what's stupider - spending $120 for a bottle of champagne, storing it in the refrigerator for a year, or using a corkscrew to open it. The grammar and spelling in the auction notice just serve as icing for the idiot cake.

Chasm is great little game. Any recommendations for browser-based adventure games of similar quality? I already know about the Crimson Room, Samorost, and MOTAS.
Thanks!

Uh pretty sure a prostitute doesn't get treated with the same consideration by the system that works to oppress them in the first place. Halsy, abuse is a crime, whether the victim is a prostitute or a CEO. Of course you can (and should) make the argument that the law is not applied equally to a prostitute and a CEO. But there is no hypocrisy in the way the law is written, it is how it enforced. The discrimination in this case is de facto rather than de jure.
I do think that the true purpose of the new foetus protection law is to provide a precedent that will allow the eventual loss of a woman's right to choose to terminate a pregnancy. It is a frightening, if expected development. But it doesn't help to argue that a foetus now has more legal rights than a prostitute, when that is clearly not the case. It just makes people dismiss your arguments altogether. This is a shame, because your point about children in poverty is entirely correct.

What does that mean? Are these the battles that went on to have the most little baby battles of their own? What's wrong with "greatest" or "most important" or even "biggest", if that is the intent?
Sheesh.
