Blue, that newstarget site is garbage hippy alternative medicine pap. It's loaded with fake science and I'm hoping your readers realize it. That sunscreen article is amazingly off base. Just read the "about me" on the site. Here's some key quotes:
"the vast majority of all diseases can be easily prevented and even cured without drugs or surgery."
"Real cures exist right now for diabetes, cancer, heart disease, depression, osteoporosis, and many other so-called "diseases.""

He's doing it because the studio had it in his contract that he was not allowed to do the final editing and they drastically changed the tone and ending of the movie. A lot of first time directors do not have full control over their early works. Once they become famous the studios can make more money off a director's cut version and allow them to make the version they wanted. If I was a director I'd do the same thing.
Do you think Picasso would be happy if he turned in his work to the gallery and they painted over some shit to make his work more pleasing to the audience?

What's he's actually saying is that they push the perception that you NEED one of those cards to enjoy PC gaming. What he wants is for people to realize that they can have a good experience with one of their cheaper cards.

Dude, there is no earlier work for it to be a prequel of. If in the Painkiller time line it is after the original Painkiller it is a sequel by definition. If another ones comes out after it that'll make it a sequel to this one.

I read some mroe that the two systems are almost seperate. You can play the combat as wholly turn based or real time. They did not go into any detail as to how the real time part works, but did mention that action points regen slow during real time and i's better to stay turn based if you want to use them. I do not think that bullet tiem ala Payne is a correct description of it.
A dev also posted that the scaling info is not quite correct, but refused to say anything other than that.

I doubt that the license covers using the stuff however they choose. They are probably very specific to each application.

I really wish people would not call it "free" health care...it's not free you paying for it with taxes. It would be "free" to the people in the US who do not currently pay taxes, so it's just another way to redistribute wealth.
Sweden is not a great example of how to do it either. You have to wait up to a year for things you can get inside of a month in the US.

Yeah, console port isn't always the death knell. For me Shooters and RPGs suffer the most, but with care can make the transfer. GRAW is the only shooter I can think of that has made the transfer well....oh and Riddick.
This game seems to be the type that wouldn't play much differently on a computer or console, so I don't think it'd matter much. I'd be happy to use my 360 controller with it, hopefully they leave the 360 controls in the PC version for PC use.
Funny how Bethesda ported that shit Star Trek game, and didn't even have support for the 360 pad...I mean...WTF?
