There was a video posted maybe 2-3 months ago that was an advertisement with a ton of scientific terminology used. I can't remember now but it seemd like it was from Rockwell industries but searching on that doesn't bring anything up. It was a sales pitch for some kind of machinery. Anyone remember what I am talking about and happen to have a link handy?

Um, I just wanted to mention that they were going 100mph according to the video. That is why I don't own a VW, they are too slow. I think 120mph is a lot more fun. They do deserve what they get to an extent I believe though. No need to be getting crazy with traffic around. I won't bother with road racing or weaving through cones (oops, I meant construction barrels). They should save that stuff for places where nobody is at, or better yet for the track. It isn't like there aren't enough track events to get it out of your system. But then again they will all be embarrased by the Subie owners there

Oh and while I am at it, I don't give a damn if it fits in one slot only or not. It has a fan on it genius, and you can't cram something right up next to that. ALL new video cards with a HSF should be given some breathing room. That is a stupid argument.

I am a huge Tribes fan from way back. But with a little bit of work Onslaught can definately be a Tribes killer. ONS is everything Tribes2 should have been (and it's only one game type in UT2k4).

Kind of strange that they would make reference to bonus pack stuff already. They have a bad enough track record on getting patches out; surely this could start up more of the posts asking when the BonusPack is coming. Please guys, no more hints at what may be coming soon, it just causes the message boards to fill up with posts about what should or should not be in the pack, and asking for a date when it will be out.
On the flip side, 'invasion monsters' sounds like it may hold some promise as to a new gametype...

That is fine if you don't want to buy it. Just another suck ass newb that would wind up on my team in a public server. As for the speed, if you think it is INSANE; then you are just slow. The reason you are killing people is because it is a free download that all the pre-teen kids found and wanted to try. For some of us who have been playing UT since '99, and other FPS games before that; we are easy to spot... at the top of the scoreboard. Once we get rid of people like you in the game things will start getting more competitive. But then again, maybe you should play it so I can keep my spot at the top.

Hope that is better War. Don't take me so serious next time; the point of my post was for me to repeat what everyone else here already knows... All specualtion and opinions on what is best is just a waste of bandwith. Then again if I were disposed to reasoning critically I would not have wasted my time trying to lighten the mood by going off topic. Still again, my opinion is UT2k3 going to be wasting lots of my time

Come on; did you seriously like the damn FOX puck glow nonsense? Just another way something great and pure is getting screwed up. I am glad it is gone, but now they are starting to have cheerleaders. I mean if that is what I wanted to see I would go to Hooters and buy a big plate of wings. Oh wait... Sorry this has nothing what so ever to do with UT2k3. Ok, just my two cents is that it 'should' wind up being the best FPS out. I am just glad there isn't too many idiots running around talking about Quake4 yet saying how Quake has always been superior. Probably the same n00bs that need lights to follow a hockey puck

Here we were having a meaningful and civilized argument over the superiority of Thin Mints and you have to bring up this eco crap??? C'mon, is that really anywhere near the level of importance that is held by those little morsels being handed out by eight year olds everywhere across the whole US of A? I mean at the rate we are all eating these horridly fat-filled delicacies, we won't live another 20 years. That would be barely enough time to see the destruction of the chain that holds the ecosystem in balance. Geez
