So when USSR spy took photos of the atomic bomb plans they where not 'stealing' secrets due to the plan still being their?

It seem to me that people will just do what they want and don't want to hear that other people have a problem with it.

Once again, why are people not supporting CDProject trying to defend their income stream?

The 'I pirate then pay' group are saying that CDProject are a group of people who make entertament for free that you can contribute to if you wish - is that right?

It's like that concert I used earlier, but that you can buy a ticket and watch the show or you can watch the show and then pay what you want after. (This would work, but you would see a change in the concert industry away form expensive show to much more stripped down low risk affairs. - NO MORE LADY GAGA STADIUM SHOW FOR ANYONE) <--- Ok, I now talked myself into liking that idea.

The entrance fee (i.e. the ticket) yet you have take space in the crowd. When enough people do this, the experance is degraded for all.

Stolen as in transferred something from its previous owner to himself so it was not available to the owner anymore.

So if I sneak into a rock concert I have taken nothing from the band/promoters?

Free rock concert everyone! (or just the sneaky peoples)

What am i? An evil thief? A valid, legit customer?

I'm sorry but you can't be both a pirate and customer. It's impossible to pirate a game and then buy it. Simply unfathomable. The very fabric of reality would be torn asunder if such a paradox were possible.

Their is two group there (Pirate and Customer), they intersect in a sub group of (Customer who also Pirate), if you fall in to the pirate group at all (even the sub group) you are a pirate/theif - end of story. You maybe a customer but you would find that they are not going after you for that. It's cos you stole stuff.

The stealing of software hurts people despite what people think.

If I had to take a dump. And I was out of toilet paper, and the only thing to wipe my ass with was an Alan Wake disc.

If you can cartwheel and have good timing, this will never be a problem. Mad

I was taking the piss - The French are not to be fucked with and are a super power.

Nothing wrong with surrendering if its the right thing to do ... they have been in many wars are are still around.

A game in which the French surrender? WTF And I thought CoD:MW was unrealistic. This just would never happen.

I was curious how and what government was supporting... well, whores.

Six months prior the pair embarked on a concerted, behind-the-scenes campaign to persuade the federal government to extend the 40 per cent Australian producer tax rebate introduced in 2007,

Turns out the AU gov only applies that to movies, and this dev and others have been trying to persuade them it applies to games too.

Interesting.

Very. Do you have any links on this producer's Tax Rebate? I'm somewhat curious.

^D^

The New Zealand government has done/still does these movie (Large Screen Tax) Rebates, It's how the Lord Of The Ring Films got made, NZ took all the risk, New Line Cenima took all the profits.

For the Hobit movies, our government gave Warner Bros. $30 million and changed our employment laws.

ITS TOTAL SHIT - it's not how you make things sustainable.

Is there not a ex-baseball player their in America that has a video game company who I thought got local tax breaks from some state? (Florida?)
