Once I got the game to work (I think by resetting my Nvidia controls to defaults... I think) I've been completely absorbed by the game. I love it. However, Beth's support system sucks so badly it's stupid. Their tech support people are still sending out help emails to people, which mention quad cores being as something still to come for computers.
If this game works for the average person's PC in two years, I'll be amazed. |

And I thought I was late to the party when I waited until it was $5 on steam over the holidays to pick it up...
At the time we were... but thankfully late has been redefined by Mac gamers for us. |

Who the hell is going to buy Fallout 3 from these jokers over the already established, tried, and tested system of Steam?
Who cares? The game is a technical disaster anyway, no matter who you get it from. |

Different cars still have wheels, doors and the like. Yet, each type appeals to completely different people. Quake 3 may be an fps, but saying it's the same as TF2 is as dumb as saying a Ferrari is the same thing as a Mini.
(note: that's a bad analogy, but hopefully you get the idea) |

| Yeah, I've had the game for a month now and the only way I can get it to work is to disable almost all of my four cores and/or dial back half of the graphics. |
