1) I think the movie is taken from the "XBox" version.
2) If you got to the end of the movie, it does not list PC just XBox, PS2, XBox Live etc.
3) god I pray the PC version is better!
4) It does kinda look a bit like Battlefield 2, no?

Please. X2 sold very well according to Ego, well enough for them to make both an expansion, AND are 'committed' to X3, although I think their X-Online idea is getting more focus (which is undeserved, but oh well).
You may not like X, but it's definitely a space game. Some good things are in the works for patch 1.4 and they have promising ideas for the Xpansion.
Dude I have X2 and its great, when did I ever say it wasnt?
I said we may not see another space game in 10 years. I did not know they are making X3, if they do I will buy it. anyways....

It may be another 10 years before we see a space game. What happened to the time of Wing commander games coming out almost every year w/ 2 expansion packs, Privateer and its one expansion pack and selling really good. Freelancer was good but too short, they really needs like an expansion pack to add another 13-20+ missions and newer even more powerful ships/weapons.

U3 engine is not done yet hence its 2 years from now release schedule. I'm sure they will add tons of cool effects to it by then so it should be way more advanced then even the Doom 3 engine when it comes out. 2 years from now DX10 should be out, they are probably targeting that.

I hope sim racing doesn't fall into what the flight sims market did a few years ago. GPL, ICR2 were great games!!!

NFSU is crap. I dont care for arcade games. And NFSU is arcade, does not model anything right, its a game for rice boys. Wow that sticker makes the car look fast
