The game is a blast to play, how do you even have time to look at adds when you are blasting fuckers in game. I am sure the add's are properly intergrated into the gaming experience, and does not distract. This whole argument is dumb. The Game rocks, play it or not. And if you are really that pissed off, go get a lawyer and sue. If you aren't going to sue, or play the game, stfu. No one cares.

Ok. Not everyone is PKing on Siege. But when I started back in the game it was totally differnt than it was now. First off. There is no Trammel. If you play on any other shard, you will find Trammel at the moon gates. You can't pk or get attack from other players.
On Siege you can get attacked anywhere there aren't guards. 2ndly. You can loot bodies from anyone. Even if town, though you will get guard wacked if someone yells guards. Also on regular shards there are things called INsurance. You can basicly insure your items if you die, you will have them. On Siege you don't have that. All you can do is bless 1 item, and you can change that item bless at any time, and bless other items. So if you have an artifact weapon you can keep it blessed, and you won't loose that one item.

Dude.. i was the same way. I played back in the early days.. Then left when they nerfed everything. And then I found out they had a server called Siege that had most of the old rules. It is PVP to the max. A ton of fun.
You should look into it.
I still have an acount that is 108 months old too.  I am liking UO more than I ever have. its fun.

I seriously doubt that. People will try it, and realize how much fun it is to PVP in UO. Nothing touches the PVP of UO. Everquest, WoW, Shadowbane, Srarwars Galaxies, they all feel like the same game. UO is the only game that stands out from the rest if you ask me. In those Realtime 3D games you click attack, loot, then repeat. It is totally differnt in UO. I am hoping the update brings new people to the shards.

I have been playing UO since Beta. First off.. There is no crappy 3D. 2D Sprites is where it is at. Looks like 3D prerenders made into sprites. The 3rd Dawn was a total waste of time for EA. Hopefully this new Client brings new people to the game.
There is a Server called Siege that has all the old ways of playing UO. You can PK anyone you want, and loot anything that you kill. That includes other players.
If you want the best PVP Online game, then you guys should check out the new UO when the Client is released.

The New addon is great.. There are some amazing maps, and are a ton of fun to play on.. The Zip Lines are great, and so are the grap hooks.
I heard from someone at EA that they are testing booster packs for as an update.
Don't listen to someone else who sucks, try it for yourself. I love it!
Also, the Brits sound all proper, and homosexual. Is that always the case?

You people are total fucking whinners. Have a big cup of STFU,and stop complaining. I play BF2 everyday and I don't have any issues.
Your problems must be:
A. You are on a Slow fucking cheap Toshiba Shit house computer that is not at par for running system whore games like BF2.
B. You are on cable modem, and get lagged to death during peak hours of play since your provider is comcast.
C. You have no hand eye cordination, other than jerking yourself off.
D. You are a way too fucking liberal.
E. You still don't know how to fly the helicopters.
I am looking forward to this add-on, and I don't care if its realistic enough in terms of some fuck jumping around. I can still drop two hits to his head and drop him.
I can't wait to see you whiners in the servers. Look for me, I am going to knife ya from behind in game, prison style.

You are smoking crack dude... Road Rash for 3DO was fucking beautiful..
But yes... Roadrash for Genesis was fucking great... But If I had to choose between 3DO or Genesis, I would pickup and play the 3DO version before the Genesis.. Those 8 bit graphics make my eye hurt.. At least with 3DO you get 3D environments that show off some serious speed..
