Another console port, half assed?
The people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country.

I can't say I'm crazy about the blackout. I hate SOPA and PIPA but this seems like the thin end of the wedge for a form of political activism which I really don't want to see. Yes, it's for a good cause. This time.
Damn activists, get off of my lawn!

Anyone know much about pando media booster, is it safe, at least for the most part?

I want to say LOTRO uses that (or used to, when I tried it), and the general consensus at the time was that while it's past was a little sketchy, it seems legit, and (at least a few years ago) could be removed once your install was complete.
Great, thanks nin!

I was going to try f2p STO, since I never got a chance to play it. Anyone know much about pando media booster, is it safe, at least for the most part?

Thanks

Wonder if people are going to keep defending cd projekt, if they wrongly get a letter, from this HUNDRED PERCENT ACCURATE SYSTEM? Or maybe they will keep pretending they are great guys (super heroes?) who build great (average?) RPGs by forcing false choices on the player?

Personally, I'm glad many of the talented people are leaving cd projekt, to start or work at other game companies.

Isn't Eve pvp only? Could have sworn in past interviews they mentioned having pve, style quests.

I had guessed they meant to level cap, then end game basically you started the politics. Doubt I would even play it, if it turns out to be pvp, only.

Pay for DLC just fragments the community. So dumb.
We're talking about rockstar here, a publishing/development organization so dumb they haven't ported RDR. Not to mention there ports are pretty much crap.

They have missed out on the one of the largest formats in the world, PC. Best case, if you eliminate the Console Rental industry (they count those as sales) much more likely there are more PC sales than 360 sales world wide per year, worst case they second to only 360.

There were some popular Guards versus Thieves multiplayer mods, so it's probably a variation. Well one could hope anyway.

Interesting that they would buckle there but not elsewhere. I'd love to have been a fly on the way during D3s development and controversial decisions being made. Surely not everyone there is fond of the direction the final produce appears to have taken.
Don't recall any other countries complaining. It's too damn bad, since afaik this is money scam being setup by blizzard. The reason they are getting away with it, is since most nations (except Korea, apparently) seem to have no idea what Blizzard is actually up to.

Wish I knew more about international law but if they setup the main sever in say the Caymen Islands, they will avoid paying taxes to each the countries.

Assuming you bought the digital version from them and not the retail version or something. Then you did have DRM that was eventually removed because of outcry over the performance issues it caused.

Actually, I pre-ordered the GOG digital release of Witcher 2 which had no DRM at all. If anyone purchased the game elsewhere and got DRM it was only due to their own negligence.
Humm, is it possible GoG is region lock or blocked in some countries forcing some to buy from other locations? If so, not sure how they makes a customer negligent. Well of course unless you are like CD Projekt RED...
we are 100 per cent sure

I agree never play any of these vanilla, they released buggy and some cases broken.

Really inspired world, but getting the devs to actually focus on gameplay and stablity is just fucking useless. They are obsessed with with spending more time on "greatest graphics evarz!". First game took seven years and was a mess at release.

It was a lot of fun too, but the kind of fun where you get stabbed with a knife twice for every great moment.

I've read about the new dental technology about growing new teeth (sent Blue a link within the last year), also. Iirc, in addition there is a vaccine they are working on that would use our immune system to attack plaque causing bacteria (within the last 2 years).
