but sure whatever, not like your interested in facts, just keep spewing the BS... just like your BS about Rage a game you've never even played?
Got a link on that, looks like Resurrection of Evil? Yes, I trust people who told me about the invisible walls everywhere. Are you denying all the invisible walls or is that just your BS?

but sure you know all about it LOL...
Yeah, I noticed you didn't mention anything specific I got wrong about Rage.

Don't quite understand the religious hate towards id, thier games are highly polished, free of draconian DRM, relatively bug free, have the best ambience, and are damn fun to play.
Well, guess it's a good thing no one here, has even touched on those.

Wow, 70+ voice actors? That's huge! And some are doing multiple, over 110 sounding voices? Nice!

That's almost twice as much as animated movies (I just checked Cars 2 and it had a "mere" 40 or so voice actors)!

How about Rage where you have an entire squad talking to each other with the same voice? Like clones. id couldn't even be bothered to hire more than a few.

Anyway, have you looked into mods? Surely there are mods to at least turn off selected voices, perhaps even more voices mods.
I agree with you dev 100%, please don't get me started on id. Devilish
In D3, they had one voice actor doing all 20 or so voices, EVEN the lone female! Flamethrower

I've heard the horror stories about Rage....especially if you just stay in a spot for a minute or two....they all say the same thing over and over and over, with the same voice actor. Hell, not to mention friends say 50% of the game is invisible walls, you can't even jump onto a simple railing, much less climb up and explore hillsides. Guess I'm just thankful id finally made it to the 21st century programming skill level, of having functioning outdoor levels. Wall

I hope there are some mods if not now, some day. Thought about loading up Morrowwind. Nexus is conducting their closed beta for their new Mod Manager which is working across all the games they support. I think it's going to work much like the WOW Mod Updater works, where you can see lists of available mods and install them all on the fly.

WTF? The douche, who in 1999 almost single handily killed Coop gaming and brought shame and disgrace to PC gaming with Forced Cover is in a ME3 commercial? How embarrassing for Bioware. Embarrassed

Yeah, it's pretty cool Max and Joan are in there, with 60+ other voice actors. A huge relief, it will make it MUCH easier to forgive bugs this time.

The limited voices in Oblivion were just excruciatingly painful, even NOW I can't seem to go an play it. Thought about trying the game with all the voices turned off and just reading my way. Then I couldn't hear the NPCs I want to hear like Saerileth and Viconia.

Skyrim 10/17/11 Super HD Skyrim PC Screenshots

Those are highly presumable pics from the PC version. The slight uncertainty is metely because Bethesda hasn't admitted which screenshots of theirs are and aren't from the PC version.

Enjoy!!
Thanks for the great linkage Eldaron Imotholin!

Yeah, sure looks like they are from Bethesda. Especially since the stories say there only seems to be a console leak atm.

Maybe I'm forgetting one of the plot stories but aren't the protagonists always...well jerk douchebag assholes, who fight other jerk douchebag assholes?

Just seems like if they actually came up with a story where there was a choice of being a jerk douchebag asshole or just some guy/girl (see right there....give gender choice) trying to take out gangs and trash, story. Then you could choose to be the Top Jerk, leading all the other jerks or create some safety for the neighborhoods and cities.

I agree, looks like a blast and their some damn cute character art.

I can't help wonder if many games are like this since Steam, this game sold 200k on the PC alone compared to just 50k between both major console platforms!

I didn't mind the boss fights. I actually found DX1 to be a bit unrealistic how you could just run past all bosses. That made little sense and was more of a glitch/exploit than feature.

Sometimes in life there are evil people who simply need to die. Moreover, even if you put all points into stealth/hacking (like I did), the first boss was easily killed with 3 three rockets, and a rocket launcher was placed just a bit before the boss's location.
Really? What about arresting people or would that mean society itself is partly responsible for the citizens it raises.

Their deaths did nothing for the game, it was the player that mattered. The player had to live, none of them had to die.

No one is trying to take away your bloodlust to kill, you don't get to force it on the rest of us.

They have been bullshitting us about this since the beginning. All they had to do to offer an alternative was let us run. They KNEW, they have a No Kill audience and addressed this several times, promising it was in the game.

They Knew.

Hell, in Deus Ex I ran from Walton Simons, Gunter and let Anna live on the Plane and the Train Platform just so I could use the Gas Grenade on her in the UNATCO office. It forces her to unlock the door, if you do it correctly. No Kills.

You see the sodium levels on these?

Much cheaper and less deadly to your health, to make your own with a pound of your favorite nut or seed and a quarter cup favorite chili powder from the bulk section of your grocery store. Just Google your favorite nut/seed and spice.

I've got a solution to the origin problem, might be too much trouble for most people. Since I'm really tempted about getting SWtOR but in no way trust ea.

Thinking about making a new email, just for ea. I will very rarely if ever check. Then using a spare drive, just installing the basics OS, video drivers, Firefox, Thunderbird and maybe Zone Alarm.

Well, that's if I do decide to get the game.

The worst part of all of this, is these bastards at ea have the rights to one of my favorite games, System Shock 2. I know they have kept from putting it on any other service because of origin.

Thanks Eldaron Imotholin, I'll definably rewatch the E3 Demo.

Beamer, personally I think it's more the fact that Mainstream Media believes there is no console piracy. Since m$, other publisher and drm companies feed them info only about PC piracy to protect console and use it as a profit motive. It's a much larger scale on console they can download it before it's release and can literally just rent it and copy it.

Thanks for the link Creston.
