They will lose 1% of their market for a few days, people aren't going to have any games to buy for the 360 they'll spend their $550 on the console and then have to use their ps2s anyway. The Xbox had a better chance of destroying the ps2 with it's Hard drive to stop loading issues.

Got the Xbox version. It's amazing!
I suggest playing through it with a friend... it's one of those games that's more fun to watch than play and it is awsome. I think I have the American version which sucks because I really wanted the extra content, I'm sure the developers put it in there for a reason.
Only Caveat is that the bonus cards break the sense of immersion  With they'd found a better way to unlock extra content

Vietnam had America with almost total Air-Superiority, the whole thing is ridiculous... An Anti-Aircraft site is just a great target for a bomb.
This strikes me as American propaganda. The Airforce wasn't part of the war, they just flew around pushing a button when told to.

Pray? It's from fooking ID it's Guaranteed, and if not modders tonnes of other developers have already liscenced this sumbiotch. So basically YAY we teh win...
Now if only Carmack had looked at the most sucessfull multiplayer fps game of all time (by marketshare fooking CS) Q1 and figured out what it did right.

That you can play with friends without a monitor between you? This sounds good. More technology is always good. Intelligent PC developers will port to Xbox too. Bigger market less work, and finally some decent competition for the scary monsters of the PC video game industry.
Nvidia and Ati. I'm pissed about spending $600 for decent vid card hardware it's ridiculous

This is one of my favorite all time games. I know it probably won't have been abandon-wared yet but I'd like to purchase it wherever I might find a copy. Found a Japanese version for snes but it just doesn't hit the spot....

You're a moron Duel is the most important part of online gaming.
Though Raven shield co-op was fun until people started using voice cheating... which is a universal problem with co-op gaming.

Agreed if you look at any serious quake 3 configs you'll see that you max the fps at 125 and with all the graphics changes they also recommend you can prolly get 100% max frames with a p3 450 and a tnt2.

It's true. Steam is such a complete pain in the ass and every iteration just makes it worse.
Valve released the most amazing game ever and instead of working on a sequel they are just trying to suck money out of the original...

Well I think it sucks because these funds and effort could be better put into making FileRush all it could be... that is a really worthy signature

Patch hell is a huge problem with many older games. Sometimes you can find a decent runthrough sometimes not. Q1 for me is the biggie getting it TF and reaper bots to work is a 7-10 hour task now I just unrar a zipped folder glquake doesn't work but what the hell. Also getting game Demos to work is fucking impossible.
The thing with demos is the worst. It's the best way to learn at a really high level and can be a lot of fun to space out to. But getting demo's recorded with diffrent versions of a game to play is F*@$$*@ing painful. Please game companies get your sh!t together on this issue, finally we can get some interest in high level competetive gaming going.

i'm begining to think the copy protection companies currently are nothing but a self perpetuating industry screwing both the consumer, and the poor developer.
Well it's done by the producer so, yea it's probably fucking everyone else over. There is a big surprise.

Well with this move and the optimizations found on the nforce3 250gb Nvidia is definitly in the lead again. Unfortunatly the 6800 raises the price point and the motherboard optimizations are a little below the belt. Anyway bravo! This battle is definitly still raging despite all projections!
