I installed these last night and I have not encountered any problems. My frame rate seemed a bit higher in Half Life 2 and Doom 3. I also tested the new drivers with Star Wars Battlefront and Unreal Tournament 2004 and those also ran fine. I have an X800 Pro.

Sheesh. Far Cry? HL2? Doom 3 blew both of them away.
LOL! Just kidding.
The new Arch-Viles were pretty cool though I have to admit.

I think F.E.A.R. will turn out to be an excellent game. I have yet to be unhappy with any game I've bought from Monolith. Tron 2.0, NOLF, NOLF 2, Aliens vs. Predator 2, etc.

Hmm...Lock On Modern Air Combat, IL-2, Pacific Fighters, Raven Shield, Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon. I wouldn't call those crappy games in my book.

They basically took the business risk of creating this game and banking on the success of the 2nd and 3rd movies to make this game work. They took the risk and it certainly seems like they were wrong. I honestly dont see this game lasting more than a few months.

Ah yes, Akella. I bought one game from them: Age of Sail II. I quickly learned that watching paint dry was more exciting than playing that game.
