In short, a game consisting of 320×240 pixels, each the size of a baby’s fist, no longer causes quite so many people to scoff dismissively at it.
I'll have some of what she's smoking - but only if it's in high resolution and bump mapped.

I'd like to share a revelation that I've had during my time here. It came to me when I tried to classify your DRM. I realized it's not actually an ""online services platform". Every piece of DRM on this planet instinctively develops a natural equilibrium with the surrounding software, but your DRM does not. You move to an application, and you verify, and verify, until every internet resource is consumed. The only way you can survive is to spread to another application. There is another application on this planet that follows the same pattern. A virus. Ubisoft DRM is a disease, a cancer of this planet, a plague, and we are the cure. |

The study comes from the British Dental Health Foundation, who are choosing to focus on the threat to UK teeth from video games, rather than lack of dental services
Nice point Blue, and it's pretty much on the money except for one minor caveat - it's a shortage of NHS dentists that's the problem, as there are more than enough private dentists who are willing to fleece you of your money to fix your teeth. That's pure anathema to me, as we already pay our taxes to subsidise the service that NHS dentists are supposed to provide at a modest cost. |

| From watching the video, I can understand where your reservations come from - it looks like the game is aimed at a hyperactive teenager with the attention span of an amnesiac goldfish. Quite ironic then, that after around 10 hours of play the beta of this game has shown the most promise that I can recall since playing World of Warcraft in late 2004 (although, obviously, the two games are worlds apart in theme and - yes - in gameplay terms). |

Chuck Norris? Son of Chucky?
Anyway, I don't think God wants his particles to be found. If he did, he'd wear boxers instead of briefs. |

Yeeeah.
The amount of money they've made with this game dwarfs the GNP of most of the globe, and can only be expressed using complex equations (involving sixth-dimensional numbers).
If that ain't "getting it right", you might want to rethink your perspective.
-Jn- Ifriti Sophist You might want to finagle some of that money yourself to invest in a sarcasm detector, since it's pretty much a certainty that Acleacius' post was in jest. |

| If it's a 90-minute car chase set to the Peter Gunn theme then I'm sold, but then I'm easily pleased, as my bobbn of string wielding cat will attest. |

| Considering the gameplay videos that are out there, I don't think I would be breaking the NDA by telling you that it's basically GTA but on a massively multiplayer scale - although obviously not quite that massive yet, as it's still closed beta. |

I had a lot of fun in the two-hour session that I played on Sunday. Although thanks to that thing called an NDA that's hanging over my head like an imaginary, digital Sword of Damocles, I can't tell you why I enjoyed it |
