It's stated right on the logo at the download page for the game on Steam. Which seems odd considering Steam has nothing to do with Wii. You'd think someone would adjust the logo to remove the Wii comment, but i digress.

Resident Evil 5 on Wii 'isn't likely,' still 'possible'

I'd like to know as well. Is this a PvP mostly MMO? Or is there any decent PvE content?

Has anyone played Doom Resurrection? It's described as an "on rails" shooter. Point and shoot. Are you actually moving the player or by shooting enemies, the game advances the player forward itself?
It looks interesting, but i'm wary of spending ten bucks on an iphone game when the other iphone shooters just don't feel right and seem clumsy in movement. |

Yeah, I'd ignored 3d acceleration until that point, but once I saw that, the wallet just opened itself up.
It was like nothing I'd ever seen before after putting in my 3d card. It was unreal. Wasn't Q1 where you could download player skins/models? I seem to recall connecting to servers playing dm and everyone had a different skin they'd downloaded somewhere. I remember some of those servers. Total chaos. Just firing at anything and anyone hoping to rack up a bunch of kills. Until someone called you on the phone and killed your connection. |

| cause, belive it or not, there's probably still people out there who haven't played the game yet. And honestly, i had more fun playing from 0-30ish than higher up. but i quit a few months ago too and haven't looked back since. best decision i ever made. what a time waste. |

simply kill the Council? you must have maxed out your toon because killing the Council was never simple. With, what 8 of them, plus their fire minions popping up out of the ground, you could easily get surrounded in no time and die quickly. Best thing to do was aggro each, one by one and pull them away before the others caught on.
And good luck getting a 800x600 native game to look good in 1900x...
I did that on my 24" iMac and it's still pixelated. pixelated goodness, but still pretty blocky. |
