I'm still expecting we're going to get hammered with one more snow before "winter" is over, despite the high being 78 here today. Weirdest winter here in a long time.

I don't believe we ever got a winter here in Dallas and are expecting mid 80's here for the next few days. I would have liked something cold for about a week to kill off all the bugs. But this leads me to think that this is going to be a brutal summer.

What happened to the Browser Based Tribes game?

I'd like to know this too. Hasn't Garage Games been promising us this for about two years now? I'd be happy if someone just reskinned the original game with some modern graphics and left the gameplay alone.

I don't want to play with 99 other players. Imagine the mortar spamming in a game that large. That's not fun, that's chaos.

Notch seems like a pretty decent guy.

I just started playing the game about two weeks ago and am really enjoying it. While there is a grind aspect to the game, it doesn't seem to bother me much and it's always keeping me designing new buildings and such.

Pull your panties out, Grounded. Not everyone's hardcore.

I've played all expansions, and after multiple restarts, i think i'm going to sit this one out. I know it's a pretty drastic change, but i'm doing good hanging tough and not resub'ing yet again.

How do you go about "making her aware"?

Reason i ask is I've got a shepherd who's fiercely loyal to us, the family. Whenever we take her and our other pup to the dog park, she growls and snaps at other dogs that approach us and try to be friendly. She's even gone so far as to intervene with our other dog's interactions with other dogs.

I've tried to keep her at our side, but she gets snippy and we end up having to take her out of the park. She's not a mean dog, she just thinks she's protecting us.

I prefer not to keep my save games in the sausage directory.

Is this really a valid complaint? Does the search function not work on computers owned by people with this complaint?

It's been the exact opposite here in Dallas over the last week. Two weeks ago, we were already in the 100s, but we got hammered with rain last week which cooled everything down and the trend towards rain continues this week and possibly next.

Some are calling it a late spring here and i think the earth is just sleeping later and later each year. By 2020, it'll be snowing in July and we'll be swimming in January (which is actually sometimes possible here in Texas).

Blue, you need to install an industrial sized window unit up there in your office to cool things down.

Obviously, the backpacking frog does nothing to frighten away Mr Squirrel. Maybe he's bulking up for a Battle Royale in the backyard.

I know why i get sick in 3D movies, i just want someone to fix it.

Not that there's really been a 3D movie worth paying for, but i would like to see some IMAX films.

And this is why we don't live in a neighborhood with a HOA.

Granted, the wife could be blamed for it, but that HOA bullshit drives me nuts.

I think Eureka brought some big names on board, so it's being renewed. I think i last read that Caprica was done for.

Still loving Fringe and Castle. Thursday night half hour comedies are all great. Sorry to see Ted getting canceled. It's got that same smart humor that Arrested Development had (not to mention Portia). I guess the American public isn't up to intelligent humor.

And as for the oil spill down here...if these idiots would quit wasting time pointing fingers and just fix the damn thing, we'd get our oil back.
