One of the things I like about the game is if I don't play for a few months I can forget how I beat some of the harder levels which makes it very re-playable.

I thought the "Work" short was awfully stellar also.
From - "I'm ready to start the work!" to - "Lately when I go to sleep, I hope I never wake up."
A good little film to show the kiddies who want to grow up too fast.

| In my opinion, if Lebron really wants to win titles and win them soon he'll either stay in Cleveland where they are at least close to being a title contender or go to Chicago where I think he and Rose could be really great. Of course if he's more interested in being an "icon" he should go straight to the Knicks. |

Trololo - the next big internet thing! I hope so anyway. I can see getting sick of the song itself but I don't ever see a time when this video doesn't at least make me smile.

| Happy Birthday banddirector. 50 is just another number. Just think of it this way, in ten years you'll be saying, "oh man, I wish I were only 50", just like how right now you wish you were 40 again. Anyway that's the way I try to look at it (I'm only a couple years behind you). |

Ginger = Christina Hendricks, the red head from Mad Men She would fit the roll to a T! (or to a DD)
Yes, yes, and even more yes! Oh god yes! And since Christina was also in a couple episodes of Firefly, I'd like to stay with that theme and cast Morena Baccarin (who always makes me tingle in my swimsuit area) as Mary Anne.
I had to look up Jessica Walter as I didn't know her by name. Am I the only one who didn't know that she was the psycho bitch in Play Misty for Me? Anyway, perfect as Mrs. Howell.
And Gary Cole would probably do a great Professor.

As I tell my users, "Most days I can't tell you what I had for lunch the day before, much less how I fixed your issue last week or last month." My line is, "Sorry but my memory's only about as long as my dick... and there isn't anything more worthless than a nine inch memory!"

When I was a wee lad I really, really loved to draw and wasn't all that bad. A great Christmas haul always included lots of art supplies. Then I took an art class in Jr. High School that happened to have a couple people who could do things like this Nico guy. Well, that kind of drove home the difference between what I could do and the truly gifted.
What gets me when I watch something like this are the little things like the detailing of the hair or belt. Anyway, I figure that if I had turned out to be good enough to be an actual artist I'd probably be a lot poorer right now! |

In fact Roberts' run as Trapper John covered more episodes than Wayne Rogers starred in during his entire TV career, in case you were wondering if him leaving M*A*S*H was the right move. Or if you can't find him you could always ask McLean Stevenson or Gary Burghoff!
My opinion of M*A*S*H will always be that the show stayed consistently funny up until Larry Linville (Frank Burns) left. Not only was his character great, most of the other funniest bits involved tormenting him and/or Hotlips in some way, and the fact that they always deserved it made it alright. |

Lost a great online friend this week. 33 years old had a heart attack....then couldn't revive someone today at work who had an arethmia (sp). Tough week, and it just started.
Wow, that sucks Batman. Sorry to hear it.

The show is totally ridiculous, offering unrealistic scenarios and over-the-top action sequences. I also gave the show a try - the computer hacker on a plane story - and, my god, I thought it was awful. I also like over-the-top action sequences and want to see them unbelievably pulled off, but at least have the reason for what they are attempting make a little sense. Maybe it was just because a computer was involved in the plot - that's always death. Why are TV and movie writers still treating computers and "computer geeks" like they're some kind of omnipresent being that can do anything, anywhere, and do it instantly? I guess I'm just getting too old and grumpy.

Yeah, I think that is what he said. It's like he already knew what every male was thinking as they were watching the broadcast! |

Bottom line... if you like it, it's there - if you don't, Blue isn't forcing it on anyone. I probably won't use it but still appreciate the extra effort.

It's snowing pretty hard around here, but I think that's supposed to stop pretty soon. Either way, hopefully everyone will be extra careful traveling about, considering the tendency on this occasion of some folks to get behind the wheel after enjoying some adult beverages. Please don't drink and drive. It started snowing here in S.E. Washington around noon and turned to freezing rain at 4:00, and that's supposed to keep going through the night. Just got home from work and don't plan on leaving the house until Monday morning. I was thinking it might be hard to catch the drunks when nobody can keep their cars on the road!
Oh well, have a safe and happy New Year's everyone! |

On a completely different note, having played through GTA IV for many hours (I've got the week off ), here are my thoughts: I'm also playing the game. I started it last year and just quit for some reason and never got back into it. So I started from scratch last month. As much as I've done so far I can't believe I'm only 50% through. Lot's of fun.
As far as understanding Jacob goes (or Badman, geez, he's even worse) I tried turning on the captioning but they just spell everything out phonetically which doesn't help at all.
A little tip though, make sure you get Jacob to like you because the "special service" he performs in the game can come in very handy.

The author of that piece has to be joking... right? Has to be. |
