Can I slam Dragon Age II here.

Had to turn off the trailer. The sound made me puke (sure can't call it music).

Nuclear Meltdown, Revolution, Earthquakes, Tsuamis-USA going to hell in a handbasket quicker that you can say Obama is a great orator-you ALL really need to get a life. It's a GD game for f's sake. Play it, hate it, like it or don't even bother with it. But it really is time to STFU!

Please take your own advice.

In related news, DA2 is still a watered down mess.

Never mind that - they're obviously the victims of terrible liable, here.

I mean, they didn't use the SecuROM rootkit. They used a totally different rootkit, that just happens to use a lot of the same files.

Troll alert

I and others here appreciate you properly labeling yourself upfront. Any future posts from you will be regarded as such. Thank you!

What a fool you are, the OP (YOU)was trolling and was so far off topic he (YOU) wasn't even on the same planet as the rest of us or the subject of the news. This is about the so called DRM not about love or hate the game.
There's plenty of that elsewhere.

I don't really care about SecuRom. I do care about the fact that DA2 is a fairly underwhelming sequel that takes a lot of shortcuts in its design.

Wrong and Wrong

Why? Because you say so?

I've seen reviews mention that they even reused the same map layouts several times over for different areas.

They removed/dumbed down most non-combat skills like Persuasion. Rogues can no longer set traps and are not needed to scout. I don't even know if poison and potion making are still in.

Your basis for say he's wrong is what? The fact that they put in an awesome button?

And I've seen reviews that are more positive. Did you choose to ignore them as well as ignore invasive DRM and all that has been proven about securerom?
Each to their own.
BTW are you playing it (bought and installed) or just posting what others have said somewhere?

Sooooooooooooo, I'll just quote you

"Why? Because you say so?"

The WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAmbulance sure loves to park at Blue's.

The 1st legitimate reviews are more positive than what has been posted by most here. And guess what-they have actually played the game.

So you're saying all the things broken in the demo are magically fixed in the retail game?

Yep-- the short pre-release'demo' doesnt' show all the game can do or it's options. Read a couple of the posts from those that have played both. So unless you have access to both and have actually compared and tried both, you conclusions are base on your own very limited exposure to the game as well as your own personal bias.

That being said--of course it may not be what PC gamers expect--but that's the norm now due to the dumbing down for the console peeps.

Actually it would be much better if the SB was played on Sat.
With an 7:00/7:30 kickoff. Infact it is actually quite dumb for it to be on a Sunday night.

As long as they have a serverside option to turn off the jets.
Jets ruined just about every BF2 map.
