I've played quite a few L4D2 maps with friends this summer, and had quite a blast. Really impressed with the quality of the custom campaigns for the game, quite a few of them surpass the quality of the Valve maps. Blue when you are done with the main campaigns, here's a list of the ones I really enjoyed playing:

Yama

Journey to Splash Mountain

SaltHell Park

The Bloody Moors

RedemptionII

I Hate Mountains

Back To School

Urban Flight

Suicide Blitz

Death Row

Dead before Dawn

I don't buy console versions because I don't own any consoles. While there is a little cross-over nowadays with PC, generally the games I want to play are not on console. They are on PC. So I don't invest in console.

If games die on PC (and I mean any personal computers and or operating systems) I won't be moving to console. I'll probably just go outside and stuff then.

what the...? Go outside? What the hell is WRONG with you????!!!!??

Outside... *shudder*

Seems like classic NS, I'll just have to shelve it until I get a new pc

Getting about 20 fps in the fire-fights on an old rig (Geforce 9800, Intel Duo Core 2.8ghz) - Probably wouldn't bother if you have comparable specs.

Gonarch, the giant testicle monster was the best bit of Xen.

I tickled that ballsack monster with the hivehand until it ejaculated white pus everywhere, killing not only the Gonarch, but also my sexual innocence.

Just got the first one with the Humble Indie Bundle, but haven't played it yet. Looking fwd to it.

When you play it, play it properly. At night time, on your own, with the lights low and the volume up. And naked. Upside down. Suspended from the ceiling by hooks in your skin.

Trust me, I'm a connoisseur.

All I want is a new Populous game. Is that so hard?

Yeah I'd love to get stuck into a new populous. I was really looking forward to From Dust and then they released it buggy, with an fps cap, limited sandbox gameplay, and shitty drm.
