“I was really hoping that Hotline Miami was a phone sex simulator,” said Devolver Digital CFO Fork Parker. “The world is ready for an asynchronous phone sex simulation game. Trust me.” So is it or isn't it? |

We're all going to die someday and all companies producing software will be 100% digital someday.
Except for immortals and companies catering to customers where internet is not an option.
edit: Haha that NPD response is kind of sad. Like an old man overhearing young people talk about how useless he is. Aww poor NPD, I'm sure EA will have an apology ready for you soon. |

Grim Fandango was as good as or better than TIE Fighter, although obviously not directly comparable. The Lego games are from Traveller's Tales. Star Wars was obviously license by LucasArts but not all their games are (Harry Potter and Batman for example). |

New episode of The Walking Dead adventure game is available. I liked it a lot, great directing. And either the choices are very well done or the illusion of choice is even better. I'll probably go through another play through to see what I can do differently.
If you can get past that it's essentially and interactive movie with dialog and plot decisions to be made, and the occasional very easy quicktime event, you should pick it up. |

Tutorial vids for vehicles and helos say it is super hard, no noobs allowed....so I guess I just have to practice. heheheheh I flew the helicopters in Desert Combat with a mouse and was damn good at it. It must not be working for me in Ravaged. I tried several times and no matter how I moved the mouse it always rolled to the same side and exploded. I even tried just lifting straight up without touching the mouse and it does the same thing. Few people I played against yesterday were already pretty damn good with it... Super fast and very accurate shooting. But I'm pretty good on the AA rocket, got some hits even with a screen wide lead. |

Some guy sitting at his computer running code doesn't necesitate this level of response. A regular pair of detectives holding their badge and their warrant should suffice for entry. It was punishment. A we'll-show-them maneuver for the kid who threatened the police on a message board. They weren't actually worried about the threat beyond the everyday stresses of the job. |

Wow this game is FAST!!!!! Contacting their support since I haven't got my key yet. I think my Kickstarter emails might be going to my old college account that I don't have access to since I logged in with Facebook.
edit: Nevermind I do have access to that account and it is hilariously full of Facebook and Kickstarter notices... Looks to be about 200 from the Space Quest guys

| I bought 4 tickets as soon as I got his email, so my friends and I are sitting right up in the front for $45 a piece. Awesome deal. Just compared with Jim Gaffigan who is coming to Detroit next month and just decent seats were $81 a piece. |
