You mean like every other American Politician? Most politicians aren't too bad in that respect. After all, Thompson has never succeeded in a constitutional challenge against his retarded proposals.
The current Attorney General believes that the Second Amendment doesn't guarantee a personal right to bare arms. This is getting off-topic, but that's a consequence of poor wording, and the old positivism vs. natural law debate. Also, I don't believe Thompson is a "lawmaker" in the legislative sense.

For an ex-lawyer, Thompson has a pretty poor grasp of the Constitution. Maybe he studied a joke copy with a 28th Amendment that he thinks allows these sorts of laws.

I'm more happy about the Boomer vomit fix than the melee spam nerf. Now if only they could figure out a way to make it so I don't constantly get paired up with total morons (e.g. stragglers who get trapped by a Hunter or Smoker and bitch you out for not magically teleporting back to help them)

| Ah, the Melissa virus... reminds me of standing at my locker in middle school, listening to the intercom message instructing teachers not to open emails with the subject "ILOVEYOU". |

But any game that requires you to have a hundred kilobytes of awesome leet scripts to feel like you are playing properly just does not do it for me anymore. Maybe I am suffering from consolitist of the brain. No, you've just grown up. |

In which case an apology would have been nice, rather than a condescending reply telling my brother to learn more about customs. Why should they apologize? It's not their fault and they had absolutely nothing to do with it. If there is no reminder on their website about the possibility of customs charges, then they should apologize and post that reminder. But I strongly doubt they don't already have such a reminder.
For what it's worth, I had a Stardock game shipped to Canada and there were no customs fees. |

Wow, that's really... wow. I'm sorry but is it too much to ask for a company to understand international shipping and be honest about shipping costs? Yeah, actually, it is too much to ask. There is no way to know ahead of time what customs charges will be incurred, if any. Usually the company has a disclaimer saying that they are not responsible for any customs fees... most likely something you didn't read. |

I hope this game is overly dramatic, poorly written, cliche filled and constantly confuses breadth with depth, because that's what this show seems to be about... |

| I think the Penny Arcade comic is shit and I'm a little disappointed in my elected representatives for wasting time on that, and PAX pales in comparison to Seattle's bigger events, but yeah, they do deserve all the praise they receive for Child's Play. |

Nah, it's worse in GTA4 where drivers will randomly change lanes for no reason. I mean, does no-one check their mirrors? Dodgy. They'll change lanes to get out of the way of an oncoming subway train... which is on the level below the road, of course.

Be careful shopping at Circuit City right now. My friends credit card number was nicked and had bogus charges on his account right after shopping there. Wow... disgruntled employees taking advantage of the situation, or just a coincidence? |

Something is rotten in Kirkland.
The loadout exploit is back too, this time involving the Bonk. Griefers can use any class with the Bonk effect, but it gives them a permanent, complete invincibility and speed-up effect.
