Yet you all still buy their products...go figure.

I haven't bought an EA game since last year when Madden 2004 was pretty lame compared to NFL2k4 and NFL2k5 blew it away and look what happened?

They bought the NFL...

They have some interesting games coming out but after I see the EA logo I move along swiftly.

You can still use Firefox as much as possible and get AdBlock and IEView to block ads and if you find an IE only site just right click the link and select open in IE.

As for the url forwarding Trillian, Gaim and Miranda are all good replacements to ICQ which just gets more and more bloated in every release.

trillian is the most user friendly but I use Gaim for the better tabbed conversations (all in one window instead of one for each group)

All I want is the AC Adapter...but it comes with a memory card so its not all bad. The card is probably what drove it above $200

Indeed, which is why you get Real Alternative instead. At least Media Player is actually pretty good.

Constallation of course

If they get a publisher to pick em up and fund them they'll be off to the races.

NS was my favorite 3rd party mod for HL (I love TFC more) so I can only hope for the best for these guys.

The crafting is a lot easier to do this time around and the missions are pretty pretty well balanced to keep you entertained.

I'm liking it a lot more than I did in the beta for WoW.

ANet - add dance moves for monks!

They made some nice strides in this new event. They integrated the exploration areas a lot better than last time. You can find quests in the exploreable areas that you can't get in town.

I didn't get to play much last time but this weekend is a little calmer for me.

lvl4-5 Monk/Necro named Corpse Jumper.

I was all gung-ho to buy it the day came out after being in the beta but in the final they slowed all the players down to a crawl making it a lot less fun to play and more like "Ut with jet packs". It just lost all the appeal to me and became a sort of short bus riding Tribes 2.

Anyone play this game anymore? I tried to awhile ago but the master server wasn't showing any servers for me so I gave up. It was a cool game with a lot of good ideas that came together in the 2.0 content patch.

Well it looks like it's time to get into college football because thats the next logical step for Visual Concepts to go to keep making killer football games until the 5 year deal is up.

I tried Madden a few weeks ago after playing NFL2k5 and it's just slow and unresponsive and I lost the ability to break tackles entirely.
