Fucking Tom Wheeler.

"There has been a great deal of discussion about how our proposal to follow the court’s roadmap will result in a so-called “fast lane” and Internet “haves” and “have-nots.” This misses the point. "

"That point being: I'm getting paid, and Comcast and Verizon and AT&T get to do whatever the fuck they want. I'm a paid shill for these guys. I WORKED for them before I took this job when Obama went off his meds. It's been over a year, how have all you people not figured this out yet? I DO WHAT IS BEST FOR THEM, NOT FOR YOU! Fucking citizens..."

Something that harms consumers is not commercially reasonable. For instance, degrading service in order to create a new “fast lane” would be shut down.

Like how we've shut down Comcast/Verizon etc. when they demanded Netflix pay them money in order to guarantee smooth connections to their customers! Oh, wait, we didn't actually do that...

Something that harms competition is not commercially reasonable. For instance, degrading overall service so as to force consumers and content companies to a higher priced tier would be shut down.

Like how we shut down all these attempts by Comcast/Verizon etc. when they put data caps in place on lower-tiered plans! Oh wait, we didn't actually do that...

Providing exclusive, prioritized service to an affiliate is not commercially reasonable. For instance, a broadband provider that also owns a sports network should not be able to give a commercial advantage to that network over another competitive sports network wishing to reach viewers over the Internet.

Like how we shut down these attempts by Comcast/Verizon etc. to have youtube and other channels count against your data cap, but their own video service does not count against your data cap! Oh wait, we didn't actually do that...

Fucking die in a fire, Tom Wheeler. You miserable fucking sack of shit.

I will say this, however. If all the German-Remake songs that we keep hearing in the trailers are actually all in the game, this will have the Greatest Soundtrack Ever Made. I will absolutely buy a copy of the soundtrack.

What wrong with all those good games from 10 years ago? I still play them.

They don't sell for 60 dollars anymore. This will. (or at least, will try to.)

Blue,

I'm sorry to inform you, but we don't have a Queensday anymore in the Netherlands. Her son, Willem-Alexander, is on the thrown now. So from now on we have a Kingsday on the 27th of april.

I couldn't believe it when my parents told me that. Willem-Alexander is a fucking toolbag.

Fuck FOX. Assholes. I really enjoyed Almost Human.

And the Women who survive breast cancer thing is just disgusting. "Oh, hey, you survived cancer? Great. You're fired." Woot corporations.

Is everything wet in that room or something? Or did they spray "GlistenItUp(tm)!" everywhere?

It looks beautiful, but I get the idea it would run at roughly 1 frame a minute on the average gaming PC.

Verizon spokesperson Alberto Canal confirmed to Ars that the company has reached a deal with Netflix, but he did not provide further details. "We reached this agreement to deliver improved service for our combined customers," Canal said.

Which we magically can suddenly do! All that "normal network congestion" is going to vanish like snow before the sun, but hey, that cuntrocket Tom Wheeler is completely on our side, so we no longer even have to pretend this was anything but a blatant fucking moneygrab.

USA! USA! USA!

I had zero interest in this when it was announced. But now, the more I see of it? I think it looks fun...

Same. I also think their marketing team is doing a fantastic job. Every trailer they've released since E3 last year is super badass

Beware of trailers. Beveryfuckingware of trailers...

I liked Vice (though them bringing up Pam's coke addiction every 2.24 seconds got REALLY irritating), and I thought it was a bit of a cop-out to go the (spoiler) "Well, it was all a CIA deal, and we're back to being ISIS next year!" routine.

I applaud them for stepping out of their comfort zone, however.

You mean like every other game released these days? I'm gonna defend Ubi and say that it's nice to see single player stuff added to a season pass vs AC4 which was all multiplayer stuff.

No it wasn't. You had that Adewale thing which lasted about 6-8 hours and really wasn't bad.

20 bucks for a single player story featuring "Black Aiden", a gun, an outfit, and some dumb game mode?

These things are getting more pathetic by the minute.

I rather dislike that the show revealed who did it. The books have only ever hinted at the culprit or culprits. Which lead to lively debate among fans IRL and on the web.

Really? It has been AGES since I read the book, but isn't it pretty clear who did it? I'd post who, but I don't want to get spoiler complained at again.
