Since I don't want to waste the quest experience I'll get in it I've been letting it sit on my HD gathering dust. I won't play the new DLC until the cap is raised. Exactly the same happened to me. I was totally sure that the DLC raised the level cap. Imagine my confusion when I noticed, after a hour or so of playing, that my experience didn't increased a bit. At first I thought that I may need to install a additional patch or maybe the DLC was corrupt. Then I noticed that the steam page for the DLC didn't mentioned any level cap increase. After some further reading on the intarweb, I have come to the conclusion that somebody, somewhere fooled me. Bastard.
And I'm (almost 100%) sure that I've read in various advertisements and press releases that this DLC would contain a cap increase. |

I have no sympathy for EA; they are one of the reasons for my ever declining interest in big budget titles. But when I saw the above comment from Mr. Brown I was positively surprised. It seems that nobody in this industry likes Mr. Kotick. Of course this is no wonder with all his insane comments. Insane is probably also the right description for Mr. Koticks state of mind. No other explanation makes more sense in light of all the drivel he spews forth.
Well, insanity and maybe drugs. Lots of drugs. |

As I understand it, the numbers don't include any digital sales. So it's hard to say how much the overall market really declined. It's a mystery |

I just hope that squirrel is still able to walk by that time, because he's looking pretty fat. Fat squirrels usually don't live very long. The next cat or bird of prey who comes along will be happy though.
I'm sure there's a lesson for us all in this, but I'm to complacent to figure it out. |

"There was nothing that would have allowed us to retain them, we did this to protect the company’s assets and the interest of our shareholders." Kotick estimates 35 have departed Infinity Ward since this whole situation boiled over... Mr.Koticks plan worked! Every manager knows that employees are not assets but liabilities. 39 salaries less to pay. Mission accomplished. |

I played for the first time today, and it's really a fun game.
ANd I'm quite sure I replaced Bucky at the bottom of the score board

I would be much more impressed if somebody would develop a voice chat client which could interact with all the other chat clients. I may even tempted to pay a Euro or two for it. |

I think for people like hellbender, religion is just an excuse to make themselves bigger and everyone else smaller. In other words, idiots beyond any redemption (hehe). No point arguing with them. |

I tried the beta (and like other people, I don't think this can be called beta). First it took me around 45 minutes to connect. Not a big problem, since it was just at the start of the open beta, so probably a lot of people tried to get in. When I was in the game it was VERY laggy. Between 20 to 80 seconds before any action, other than moving around, did anything (according to the MO forum this is not game server lag but database server lag, which makes no difference for the player). After 10 minutes in-games I was dead. Killed by another player in the starting location. I had no chance to react, as soon as I noticed the attack I was dead. Then the game crashed. I think I give it another try in two or three months. |

I'm almost speechless. Except that I consider this a terrible idea, which will cost UBI much more money than they ever can hope to make with this scheme. Are they really THAT stupid? |
