I just got the game today and noticed the server issue right away. Later on I see a patch? Now thats what I call service. Best support since Blizzard IMHO.

SG1 is 60's Batman lame with its cheesy acting and plots. I dont know anybody who likes the series. I did like the film though.

I downloaded it and started playing a tiny bit. Looks like it could be amusing. Made me a bit nauseous, however. Sounds like the POV is messed just like HL2's was. HL2 made me sick for a whole day before I found out how to change the POV scale, about as bad as a hangover. This comment was edited on Nov 30, 12:04.

The demo was pretty bad. I'm going to wait for a review and hope they fixed the game. Although I thought the RTS was pretty good, played it 3 times.

LOTR, especially the recent movies, have a "different" feel to them in my opinion than all the other Fantasy crap that is around. I can't put my finger on it, but my allergic reaction to elves, dwarves and wizzards seems to go away when I am immersed in LOTR content. Its called good production. Anyways, I'm excited to try the new SWG as I have a hard time getting into the current version.

Dark City is the movie your thinking of, a very good movie even now, go rent it if you havent see it. While Dark City and The Matrix are both similar movies, to say that The Matrix stole its entire concept from Dark City would be wrong. It would be like Armageddon stole its idea from Deep Impact.] You fucking n00bs, Matrix was ripped from the anime classic Megazone 23 which was released back in 1985! I'm really interested in the game. Its had decent reviews so it looks like a rental at least. I'd prefer to see a full review from IGN or Gamespot first.

I'm about ready to uninstall Steam since Source takes up over 5 gigs on my HDD. There are no good mods or expansions yet either plus CS dosn't hold my attention like BF2 does.
