While I do like that one (forgot about it) I'm really interested in Sins of a Solar Empire, despite it's dumb name.

Same here. Stardock is going to make me their bitch this year.

For real? I mean, there are very few cases that sucker will fit in.

For me it is GalCiv II.
I just hope I do not have anything important to do when the new expansion comes out.

and "damn close" is still not "zero".

With all the assumptions in this question, it might as well be.

I am not trying to be too picky here; I just think it is a horribly poor question is all.

Could You Pass 8th Grade Science? Yup, 88% (B+).

Question 14 is wrong.

Q:A stone dropped from a helicopter takes 10 seconds to hit the sea below. What is its final velocity? (Assume that the acceleration due to gravity is 10 m/s2)
A:100 m/s

Its final velocity is 0 m/s. It will hit the ground, it will stop. This is a poor question.

But looking at Enahs' plant picture he posted, I don't see how that aerogrow (I just looked at the site briefly) would be big enough!?

The light at the top is expandable, to make it larger for larger produce.

The problem with it is, that it is expensive, and you have to buy their own expensive plants designed to work with it. You are limited to what they have; you can not try any local variety of various things for instance.

I do not think the aerogrow would be good for most peppers, simply because they grow tall and straight. Now, not all peppers plants are like that (i.e. the tabasco plant Bats is referring to when he says my picture could work in a aerogrow).

In-fact, the only pepper plant they have for the aerogrow is a "Chili pepper". just go to aerogrow.com and click "what can I grow" and that is all you can grow. I think if it was not so expensive it would be wonderful for herbs and spices; not so much so for fruits and vegetables.

But for the price of the "chili pepper" kit you can get enough containers and good soil to grow everything the aerogrow can grow.

*shrugs*

Now, I live in a completely different climate then you Blue, so everything I say does not necessarily apply to you. But for me, peppers have been the easiest thing to grow. And they are damn nice. My first where container and worked great too. But the ones I have been growing out door, man they are very hardy little suckers. They are lucky I would water them everyday when it was 100F and no rain for a month. I never once applied a pesticide either.

I say try it. I mean, it is cheap to buy a baby pepper plant and dirt.

Bull shit, that system is in place because of the party system America has adopted over centuries. The fact is there are two senate seats and a handful of house seats for any state, states comprised of hundreds of thousands of people. How can you possibly expect EVERYONE to compromise.

I do not expect everyone to compromise. But they do not even try because they (either Democrat or Republicans) know that no matter what they do, there are people like you who will still vote for them/not the other people because of attitude like yours.

The kind of people who managed to elect Bush twice, who probably couldn't pass an elementary school proficiency test let alone manage the free world.

That is such BS about the eduction. You sound so much like a jackhole right now. I mean seriously, just, what a moronic viewpoint. You really have no clue about the real world.

You are the "kind of people" that managed to get Bush elected twice. Blind ignorance.

never said that, if you're gonna take such a frenzied stance learn to read.

You should take your own advice.

I said:

I am not saying you think he is the over-all best candidate

And your rhetoric about the Republican Party and your example of your grandmother is also crap. I can come up with just such BS closed-minded crap to say about Democrats.

I got better things to do then this; you are just proving your bigotry for lack of a better word towards republicans; you are more close minded then you accuse them of.

*note* I am not voting for Ron either; I have no problem with that, just your attutide "republicans bad, democarts good" or in the other direction.

You attitude is what allows one part to get in-control and ignore the opinion of the other party, instead of compromising.

Complicity, then just dual boot XP and Vista.
And install all your games on a shared partition between the two. Sure you will still have to "install" the games on both OS's, but that is just to setup the registry keys and such; you will then not be having 2 copies of the 5 gig data files.

I use Vista on my laptop and there are still some serious fucking issues with it that just annoy the hell out of me.

Since Crysis looks crazy pretty in DX9 and runs great, I am in no hurry to upgrade to Vista on my desktop.

oh, and not to come off as a ron paul fanboi... I still won't vote for a republican. he's just a far far far far far better candidate than the rest of his crowd.

That is why our country is doomed to fail. People with attitudes like that on both side. Just because he is a Republican you refuse to vote for him; even if you consider him the best candidate. Just ridiculous. And it goes the other way as well for not voting for Democrats just because they are Democrats.

I am not saying you think he is the over-all best candidate; but that non-compromising and non-open attitude is crap.

It (Assassin's Creed) is schedules for Feb 12th release on the PC.

Also, I started playing Super Mario Galaxy today (it was a Christmas present), it is pretty damn fun too.

And I do not have a PS3 or X360, punk!

I got my 8800GT 512mb overclocked edition yesterday!

Freakin schweet!

I only got a X2 4200+ CPU, which is the limiting factor, but still. Crysis and Gears Of War runs beautifully on it.
Everything runs great. I did have my CPU overclocked, but my PSU can just barely power the video card and everything else. I mean, right now no multiplayer gaming with it as there is such little power the wireless dies! Gotta get a new PSU. I can not overclock the CPU right now do to lack of power; so once I get a new PSU performance should be better.

As for games I am looking forward to.

Spore, sorta.
The new expansion for GalCiv II (Twilight of the Arnor).
Sins of a Solar Empire, as well.
Same two as Bucky, heh!
Hoping for an expansion pack to Portal!
Alan Awake, maybe.
DNF? Maybe? Near the end of the year?!
Fallout 3? Maybe?
Starcraft 2? Maybe this year?
Sam and Max Season 2
C&C 3: Kane's Wrath, as well.
Tiberium, maybe?
Assassin's Creed PC port?
Chrome 2. I enjoyed the first 1 enough.

Also, I know it will be short, even with the expanded PC edition. But I really am digging Gears of War right now. It might have been over hyped, but it is still fun. Crysis is fun too so far, and beautiful.

I also finally got my hand on a copy of Syberia II today, I finally get to finish the story! Turns out you can buy it online from the developer!

My video card also came with Company of Heroes, so I shall deal some damage to that as well.

And I must say, I have watched movies on HD DVD and my up convert, and it is too close to buy into the HD DVD thing

Then either your TV sucks, or the HD-DVD you watched was not HD-DVD or configured properly, etc.

There is a huge difference.

The screens shot make it look good. I figured I would try it. However, when I try and run the install file it errors out in a console with "Program to big to fit into memory". This is on Vista Home Pro; and I have 2 gigs of memory...so, must be a bug.
