The new costume looks terrible. The comics have tried to revamp Spider-Man's costume many times over the years and they always end up going back to the original. Why? Because it's the best one and doesn't need to be changed.

Color me confused.

How is exactly does it look terrible, with respect to the comic design?

Its red. Its blue. It has the black webbing. It has the mechanical web shooters. It has the black Spider Man logo. It has the eyepieces which mask the eyes (goldish instead of black. no biggie there).

The only major departure from the comics design is the mesh/weave appearance that gives it more of an armor look and less like a spandex suit.

In essence it IS the traditional style suit.

Since when is Activision ever interested in invention?
Seems their only interest is assimilation.
They're like the gaming industry version of the Borg.

Well. Sucks to be a prisoner. Maybe if they want to continue playing
D&D as free men maybe they should follow one small piece of advice:

QUIT BREAKING THE FREAKIN LAW MORONS!!!!

That is all.

Curious about the 3G implementation. Wonder which cell providers it will be tied to.

I found this article on Ult 4 hilarious. 5 days to play a game and nobody could do it because they couldn't bother to read the manual. Cracks me up. I remember almost all the old games I had on the Apple II. Most had no manuals. I might have had a key control guide, but most of the time I had to figure it out on the fly. Worked great:). Bards Tale , awesome game, came with a cool mapping system too. Called graph paper and pencil. I think this kind of goes to show just how little modern gamers actually play a game and more just follow the next blinking objective arrow.

Well here's the real test. Is APB still being sold at Gamestop/EBgames?

I am sure they are selling that and pre-orders for RTW's next game.

Best Buy had an exclusive on this nonsense I thought.

Console games don't have EULAs. This is more about the resale of business software.

If the industry can make used game sales illegal, you bet the will start having them soon.

Well, if they do find a way to make used games illegal I hope a lot of
developers out there start looking for a new job. They'll need it. A lot of money thats used to buy new games in fact comes from trade-ins of games which does fuel used game trade. It also helps customers buy those shiny new 60 dollar games.

Wonder if used games/trading were illegal how many people would still
be able to afford to spend 60 dollars a game 4-5 times a month.

So...in order to prevent a major loss if Kinect fails they downgraded the camera. Making it less capable and less useful, therefore ensuring that it will pretty much fail.

That's some solid business planning.

Sorry about your Dad Blue. Always sucks to lose a close relative like that.

On another note: Is it just me or did anyone else pick up a 'I Am Legend' vibe off the herpes virus story. Think I'll start packin for the Zombpocalypse.

One thing I wonder about. It says that young kids shouldn't watch 3d due to their eyes not being fully developed. I wonder is this a restriction due to the glasses and would a glass-less system (like a 3DS for example) be free of this precaution.

Now if they could just get rid of the 'friends of friends' visibility I'll be happy and might even use it. Just because I'm friends with someone doesn't mean I want everyone they know to know where and when I play.
