If you ask me , I find it kind of funny. A city knowingly invests in a company whose flagship game glorifies wanton violence, drug use, and well prostitute abuse. Then they get all cranky and want to sue when the very same game causes a knee-jerk morality reaction due to hidden content which causes the stocks to tank.
Yes funny indeed.

I always thought it was the 20 dollar cd that hampered the record industries growth in the last 3 years...but then again what do I know....I 'm just a consumer.

WOOTY WOOT WOOT!!!
I was considering getting this for my PC, but after doing a lil Morrowind replay and seeing how my graphics rate slowing down at certain spots I decided to get it on 360 for now.
I figure if the modding scene explodes for this game like it did for Morrowind, I'll probably pick up a PC copy once my system has the technological cajones to run it properly:).

Overall I thought the game looked pretty good.
I really enjoyed how the rogues operated.
The one thing that I did not like, which for me is a deal breaker, was the restrictive nature of the city/locales. I hated finding a door or sewer grate that could be opened only to find out I could not go in to that area without Quest ABC from NPC XYZ. It was really annoying. It would have been nice to see a non instanced version of this area where people would be and you could see the geography with no real mobs or maybe the occasional wanderer for no xp and maybe a clue as to where to get a quest for this area from ( instead of the big ol get quest banner ).
But as the game is now it seems like GW with monthly fees and some extra classes. Pass.

The only thing I ask is this....make the starships COLLIDE-ABLE!!!
When I yell 'Today IS a good day to die!! Prepare for ramming speed!!', I want to mean it.
To me that was one of the things that I disliked about the other Trek ship games, the ability to ram. I know this isn't a tactic that should be used often if at all, but its nice to know if things go bad for my team that I have one uber weapon left to throw at the baddies. Mainly, my ship:)

The screen shots look pretty sweet. but if it is just a direct port of the Modern Combat from the Consoles it still won't be quite perfect. Need the classes from the PC version ( all of them) and some jets for funsies.

I for one do not mind these laws if they would extend the provisions to also include all R rated Movies, CD's with Parental Advisories, and all books with adult content.
Why should just one aspect of media be to blame for all of our 'nations woes'. If one aspect of media is to be held accountable then all other media that contains the same subject matter should also be held accountable.

If half the energy they put into these dang video game regulations was used to rebuild the Hurricane Stricken South . All those cities would be rebuilt by now.
