Best part was the voxel engine, real grass for cover, destroyable trees and buildings, large areas and good netcode(24 players played fine with 33.6k modem!).
Now grass is todays game IS A JOKE.

They better off make a justin timberlake fps, have him drive around in a fine-tuned honda, shooting crackwhores with bush administrastion being the final boss, while occasionally getting bj's from b.spears in a custom made appartament with some AI neighbors called SIaMS twins.
Now that would sell!

Bah another game without resource managment, they take everytihng they can from RTS and still call it RTS? They hope to make more money by dumbing down every game out there so any idiot can pick it up and enjoy.
Well these kinds of games dont last long, only idiot-proof games that actually take time to master and skills to polish are the top dogs = StarCraft, WarCraft and AoE etc, millions still play them.
I read somewhere this is being made by original Westwood people, I was hoping more from them actaully... meh

Oh comeon that's not THAT big, but there could be better d/l mirrors WITH RESUME and less clicking and less stupid php dowloads that programs have hard time catching the file(I just d/l a webpage instead of a game)
