It would be cool if they were to integrate the DC wiki into the game so that comics fans could contribute content.

lol. It's like 'The Ring' only with a mobile phone instead of a video cassette. I wonder if the last call they get is a little girl's voice that says "seven days."

The generals are explaining to Hitler where the enemy has advanced on the map. Hitler says "Steiner's assault will bring it under control." One of the generals says "Mein Fuhrer, Steiner was unable to round up enough men." Hitler removes his glasses and tells everyone to leave the room except for his four top brass and then explodes into a tirade "THAT WAS AN ORDER! THAT WAS AN ORDER! Who do you think you are to disobey a direct order?" He insults the generals calling them the scum of the German people and calls the soldiers traitors and cowards. One of the generals speaks up and says he can't remain quiet while Hitler insults the soldiers and tells him his accusations are outrageous. Hitler says "What I should have done was liquidate all of you, like Stalin did!" Hitler's tirade runs out of steam and he admits the war is lost. He tells the generals that if they think he is going to flee Berlin they are mistaken and that he'd rather shoot himself. He tells them that he can no longer lead in such circumstances and that they are free to do as they like.

Yeah, me too. It's one of the few games that was obviously set up for a sequel which I was disappointed never got made.

Not quite sure why "Lando is the Man" is under "science".

It made no sense. It was totally implausible. It doesn't resolve. Basically, all the things that bad storytelling does.

Pretty much sums it up. Hopefully Crysis 2 will be better.

I was just thinking yesterday how much better Prototype would have been with a professional writer. I hope it makes a difference. Sometimes people with editorial control prevent the writer from doing the job that they would have liked to do.

Nvidia chief envisions a year of 3D glasses and tablets.

Because nothing really important is going on this year. Or the next. Or the year after that...

1. Re: Charles Cecil Working on Free, Digital Dr. Who Game(s) Apr 8, 2010, 10:32 Bill Borre

That surprises me. The reason I've heard for years about the lack of a Dr. Who game was that the BBC wanted a huge licensing fee.

Couldn't they just phone the police? (Assuming the neighbors do not possess a prescription for usage.)

News Comments > Bourne Game Killed?
18. Re: Bourne Game Killed? Mar 24, 2010, 20:00 Bill Borre

The controls and mission design weren't friendly for anything other than moving all 4 guys together as a single unit. Maybe in a few early missions I'd have one guy stationed at one end of the map to intercept incoming guys and another group walking around with an escort target, but pretty soon there's just too much chaos to do anything but run around as a blob.

Yeah, I'm not quite sure why that game gets so much love here. I finished the game, but I thought it was extremely hard and often quite frustrating.

When I was working at Activision in QA I was surprised they paid those people anything at all because so many people wanted to do it. I'm not surprised in the slightest that publishers are now going to be making money on unfinished demos.

lol. Are you kidding? The trolling here has been one of the most amusing characteristics of this site throughout the years. It just won't be Bluesnews if everyone just starts ignoring people they don't like and post civil comments.
