The GTX 680 still does his job. Trying to be patient.
I am on a GTX 760, other than Total War games and Crysis I don't have any issues with other games yet.
I am very curious how GTA5 would run with my card though

I was looking at buying one but here in Canada the prices are way too high and even after this ram fiasco the prices haven't changed so I'll wait it out.
Maybe I'll buy the 970Ti or whatever they come out next.

Never really understood the point of playing against bots. If you're going to do that, why not just play an actual single-player game? It'll be a better experience in every way.

SP campaigns tend to be linear, scripted experiences, akin to "playing" a movie. Sometimes I just want to play an arena-style game, where I am in charge of the narrative myself:
- grab the Apache
- fly it to the enemy waypoint
- nuke all the enemy soldiers there
- parachute out and capture the waypoint
- defend it against enemy attempts to recapture.
- Game ends, and I can feel satisfied in my accomplishments.
I can do that with bots alone or with my brother without having to deal with all the crap that human beings I don't know throw out: invective, aim cheats, rage quitting, booting you if you kill too many people, etc.

In addition to what Prez and Aero said, this petition to get bots into BF4 sums things up pretty well.
1) They make multiplayer accesible for persons who dont play online (yes, many of these people still exist)
2) They allow a player to practice all of the game modes at any time with a full compliment of combatants.
3) They dont curse, cheat, complain, or leave the match when loosing.
4) They allow for a full game without any lag, slowdown, or dropout.
5) They provide great opponents Vs. teams of humans (once their difficulty is turned up).
6) They cause a game to have infinate replay value.
7) Even if we can only play alone (no Lan) with Bots, it would be a great opportunity to practise all of the vehicles. Online it is very hard to practise new types of vehicles.
Agreed.
I still remember the fun matches I've played in UT with/against bots. Feeling a bit tired tonight, reflexes aren't top notch, no worries lower the bot difficulty and just have some fun for 30 minutes to an hour. Let some steam out at the end of the day.
Feeling lucky? Let's fire up the online MP and see how it goes. Frustrating? No problem back to bot matches.
It was so nice to have options.

Online MP can be fun, but unless you play with friends, it is a total crap shoot.

Hopefully the hud size is going to be adjustable. Looking at the size of it @2:17 is just way too tiny to be any use.

In one of the interviews I watched, they said the UI is going to be resizable because of the 4K monitors that are able to support the game now.
Thanks man that's good to know.

Space Engineers is still very alpha, very buggy, very unfinished, has no endgame other than multiplayer, and multiplayer is unplayable due to shit netcode.

Its ok to think not be fond of those sandbox type experiences; but i wish people would understand WHY they are not fond of them rather than saying "there isnt anything to do".
Hating on a game they don't own/play is so much cooler than say it's not for them.

I'm not ready to plunk down fresh cash at full price for a game I already own and have beaten several times over. Come the Steam Sale this summer, if it's 50% off, I'll grab it then. That's the good thing about remastered old games, I guess, I'm in no hurry to replay it, and waiting out a big discount will be worth my time.
Same here.
This trailer looks awesome, but I don't think I will buy it at release. I still have the original games if I need the Homeworld itch scratched.
I'll keep an eye on sales and grab it later

I feel the same way about the PS4
I own an xbox for Forza and kids love to play Minecraft and some Kinect games. With that said I personally haven't played on the box for a few months now. Addicted to my PC

"40 percent more PlayStation 4s in use than Xbox Ones by 2019"
That will largely depend on available games for the system. Exclusives sell consoles not hardware specs!

This has been delayed quiet a bit now.
I'll keep an eye on reviews when it comes out. If it's any good I'll probably grab it when it hits $20~$30

It's BS, guys.
Of course it is.
Then when Win10 comes out and people call them out on their BS they will just pull an Nvidia and claim on internal miscommunication between PR and Engineering or something.
