The only logic that works at this time is it isn't real, so do you police fantasy? If so then we have a problem with imagination and dreams.
Right, but then we police creativity in one way but not the other.
Video game sex is a no no but killing is alright?
Everyone likes to throw the free speech argument around but it is all skewed anyways.
I still find it interesting how sexuality is considered a lot more offensive than killing.
Since it's all pixels anyways so why does it matter?

Yeah it would be nice to "bookmark" systems or something like that but I think they will add that in.
For sure we are not the only ones complaining about this stuff.
I don't have a second monitor so for me pen and paper is the way to go.

One other thing that kind of annoys me is the game doesn't pause when you are in the menus.
I understand for when you are online but for single player I don't see the reason.
Just a minor annoyance.

Haha, my wife hates that. She tells me to help with something, and then I say, "Wait two minutes, I need to dock".
You don't have to dock.
You can log out and your ship will be safe.
I've quit in a middle of a battle ground and I just got a timer of 15 seconds or something while my ship had to be out of harms way. When I logged back in I was where I left off.

I was talking about when you go to remap a key in the menu or check out a key binding and the game is still running in the background.
You can crash into stations and stuff if you don't pay attention.

Heh, or use one of those task sites like mind meister and make station info webs. But, yeah, it is a drag that you can't make notes, or even flag a system as "useful" or something, on the map.

Both Live and PSN are currently down. I was going to check out GTA V snowball action
LOL!
On a little more serious note I hope they will restore it soon. I think XBL had the same issue a little while back over the holidays and they got sued over it.
That's back when Sony wasn't charging for MP.
At that time when PSN went down Sony was like yeah you get what you paid for, sorry about that giggle giggle

Nice! Definitely scratches that X-Wing'ish dog fighting itch. Head tracking is pretty awesome.
Thanks. Yeah I can not wait for Oculus. This game will kick ass with it.

Video is private, mate. :p
I know I've had to take it down as the sound went out of sync towards the middle. Re processed it and uploading it as we speak. I will post a link here as soon as it is done.
Shit it is still out of sync a bit.

Maybe he means watersports in the porno sense.
I thought he meant like drinking.
"and here comes the German competitor winning the national beer drinking competition finishing a six pack of Radeberger in 2 minutes 36 seconds"

and than a previously recorded interview with the guy cuts in

"yeah I started drinking when I was 12 yrs old in my dads basement, when I was 16 I knew I am a natural and my parents supported me in every step of the way to make it to the Olympics"

Might as well add Chess as an Olympic sport next.
Imagine all the Olympic Call of Duty players, getting pumped on Mountain Dew and Doritos

I love Android, I have many devices, but there's still a wide gap in quality.
I agree there is a gap but not as big as the price difference between Apple and Android devices if you look at contract pricing. Some of the top of the line Android phones HTC, Sony, LG, are some companies that are making some kick ass hardware imo.
I used to be an Apple person myself and I still use an iPad for my tablet needs but I am very very happy with my recent purchase of an LG G3.
Beautiful screen, excellent battery life, wireless charging, replaceable battery, SD card slot. Just love the phone.
My second choice was going to be the Sony Z3

Anyways to each their own I guess.

Nice

I better try some trade runs than.
Finally Federation became friendly. Looks strange to see so many green ships on the radar. The station also green.
My combat rank is still novice or some silly like.

By the way I finally upgraded the thrusters on my Viper and what a difference. I can out strafe those pesky Sidewinders.
I'd love to upgrade my shields too but those shield stats make no sense to me.

Last night I finally saw some real players in "my" system and one of them greeted me as well at a nav point but I couldn't figure out how to greet him

If you target them 'T', then press the 'Enter' key you should be able to "chat" with them.
Thanks
I was looking at the communication panel. I don't use the keyboard I have a HOTAS.
I'll use the keyboard for this the next time though.

Yeah I won't be doing the spreadsheet stuff. I play the game for entertainment not as a second job lol
I'd rather do discovery and sell map data and run missions.
I am still just in a small pocket of space and I haven't flew around much.

Last night I finally saw some real players in "my" system and one of them greeted me as well at a nav point but I couldn't figure out how to greet him, so figured before he takes offense by my ignorance I better switch to solo mode until I figure out the communication stuff

That's a lot of math lol
How do you usually find a trade route that is this profitable.
I've looked at the map with the trade routes enabled but staff that gets exported from a system was not even available in that system.
Not too sure how that works.
Shooting up pirates looked simpler lol

I am still not doing any missions, although I should.
Just killing pirates and grinding for money at nav point.
Killed my first Anaconda last night although he was being attacked by an npc that was flying a Cobra.
I was following them until the shields of the Anaconda was down and then I started my attack. The Cobra was the primary target for the Anaconda so I was lucky, but I did get shot up pretty good anyways. Especially ones the Cobra died.
I took it out anyways, about 40k bounty
Killed some Asps too. Don't like those too much, very tough ships.
I was flying around scanning ships and this Asp was just sitting there staring at me and scanning.
My scan result came back as he was wanted but I didn't fire, than he opened up on my.
Almost got my canopy to breach when he was down to 10% hull, it was pretty intense because I know I can not make it back to the station ones my canopy breaks and at that point I've had about 120,000 credits from bounties that I would have lost if I blow up.
Managed to kill it anyways but I was sweating like a dog in heat lol
